An intense guy like Daryl needs a calmer partner. Interesting John uses the phrase 'Hall and Oats', when Daryl refuses. John seems more into the art of music and would just be happy playing small venues without a lot of attention. His relationships seem stronger and longer lasting. I feel bad for Daryl's need to be possessive of his music, which was a gift to the world. Also sad there may never be another Hall and Oats concert.
The “background” music on the interview is annoying & distracting. Not sure why it’s there or why it’s relevant to this interview.
