Teriyaki Steak Dinner in the Dutch oven

- Teriyaki Short Ribs
Marinate thinly sliced short rib steaks overnight
Bring meat up to room temp
Sear in hot dutch oven on stove top with a bit of olive oil
Move steaks a side out of dutch oven onto a dish
Saute garlic and onions
Add steaks back in on top garlic and onions
Add teriyaki sauce/marinade, we like Soy Say veri veri teriyaki
Add beef broth, enough to cover meat
Place dutch oven in 350 degree oven for about an hour, until meat is at fall apart stage
We served with white rice and veggies.
