@@layeredlikenachos I forgot to ask: why put the dutch oven into the oven with the lid not covering everything? I assume it makes a big difference?

@@seizethedayandlive if you put the lid on but not all the way it will help the liquid that’s in there to thicken up and it will alway help to brown the meat a little bit better.
