I'm a curator of Decorative Art at National Museums Liverpool in the UK. Watching some of the Smithsonian videos is making me quite jealous regarding the resources they have. We're not short of resources compared to a lot of other UK museums, but we're not in this league.
It does allow for a lot of improvisation and ingenuity though with regard to the way we display things.
    Great videos.

I love that they did this series! I work in museums building exhibits and working collections, it’s so nice to see it getting the proper love it deserves.

There is a handsome and informative book on museum exhibition design from the eyes of a famed museum exhibition designer with decades of experience in planning and designing museum exhibitions. The book is available at Fine Arts Press. The book should be of interest to anyone working in or interested in museum exhibition design, as well as residential design in regards to fine art installation.

I can’t get over Adams Omega Speedmaster, I absolutely love that watch and the history with it. It would be awesome if Adam could link up with Omega or NASA for a video and talk about the testing the watch had to endure to make it too the moon.

Good video. But the sound seems off. The voice pitch seems to be slightly high as if the video has been sped up. I have noticed this on several other videos I have watched on youtube from other content creators. Weird.

Love all of these in this little series, but I could not work in this office. Whatever is on the shelf behind her, presumably samples books or something of the sort...have numbers....numbers people. That six does not belong there. Seems like people that sweat the details would notice that...and be driven crazy by it.

Like pulling teeth. Unclear what she does for the Smithsonian. Her enthusiasm is in her locker. Easy check to collect when there are no expectations of you and means of measurement of your success. A surprise after the preceding videos of riveting content. No one's fault really- just a shocker. So... exibit design. .. and here's Steve with tomorrow's weather.

James Barisitz Not everything that is meaningful can be fitted into a 10-minute video.
And everybody can’t be expected to be good at expressing enthusiasm on film, nor should they.
