Thanks for listening to great classic rock like Aerosmith, they have so many great songs but next take a shot at Seasons of Wither, more goosebumps heading your way. Lovely lady, I look forward to more! Rock On & Enjoy. 🎵🎸🔊
I saw them in 1972 at the Surf Ballroom in Hull Massachusetts for $5.00 and they were awesome. I've seen them several times over the years and met Steve Tyler a couple of times. He's a very laid-back, down to earth guy. I never thought that they'd still be around.
This was my workout song in high school. Back when cassettes were cool and Walkman was cutting edge 🤣. There is a live version of this that they did for MTV that was amazing. The beginning had Steven Tyler being lowered from the ceiling playing whatever this instrument is (not a piano).
@@inbedwithmusic2130 Walkmans were a kids gift to musical ecstasy. Just buy yourself a boat load of double A batteries and you were in a great musical safe zone. I swear, when you got a new cassette, you'd be so happy!!!
Speaking of cassettes… somewhere on earth… probably in landfill somewhere… there exists a double sided cassette of me singing in high school 🤣🤣🤣 back when I could hold a note and would sing on stage 🤣 pretty sure it had Fast Car (Tracey Chapman), I love The Nightlife (Alicia Bridges) and Angel (Amanda Perez) 🫣 can’t remember the rest. Basically… there IS an original IBWM soundtrack. 🤣
@@inbedwithmusic2130 this must be found and shared. :) that’s a good list of songs. I love the nightlife makes me think of watching solid gold as a 10 year old. And Tracey Chapman is a national treasure.
@@danjohnson2986 hahahaha oh gosh I really hope it’s been melted down somewhere 🤣 I actually haven’t seen the movie, it was a song my vocal coach at the time wanted me to sing 😅
Classic and first Aerosmith song I heard. I have a copy of the original album cover and song misprint on the back. First band I saw live after ACDC with Bon Scott opened for them in 1979. Great reaction, I suggest anything off their Rocks album, to me it's their best album. Saw them again in the 80's when they got back together after the Toxic Twins got out of rehab. They were great both times. As always to notch reaction from you.
My era of Aerosmith is their middle era, from my childhood. 87's Permanent Vacation, 89's Pump, 93's Get a Grip, and 01's Just Push Play all have some killer tracks.
Hi Jess, once again. such a wonderful reaction to a wonderful song... done by a wonderful woman. You know what I like about your videos ? The excitement in your eyes and in your voice, when announcing what you are going to listen to. And then I love so much watching you enjoyng the song so much... as well as your emotional comments and thoughts after the song has ended. Have you read my long comment to your Aurora reaction ? I would love to see you react to more Aurora videos, since she has so much more for you to offer and to discover... Best wishes from Germany : Gerry
When you're uncomfortable, it's so freaking adorable!!!! Sam Cooke Bring It On Home To Me... well anything Sam Cooke is amazing, but it's such a beautiful love song!!! You must hear it when you have free time.... Beautiful lyrics🙂🙂🙂
70s Aerosmith was the best. A good rabbit hole to dive into. The lyrics you mentioned early in the video sounds more like something from 'Enter Sandman' from Metallica.
Great reaction to a GREAT song! Tons and tons of 70s rock yet to go. Aerosmith, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Molly Hatchet, Uriah Heep, etc. There is also a young band of siblings carrying on the hard rock/heavy metal torch called Liliac. They do everything themselves. You should def check them out.
This is a wonderful song, and (like all wonderful songs) it invites equally wonderful covers. One recent cover ( ua-cam.com/video/Yq4KA0mUnC8/v-deo.html ) of "Dream On" is an opportunity to meet a dynamic female vocalist, Morgan James, and experience the genius of Scott Bradlee. Scott is the driving force behind the "musical collective" called 'PostModern Jukebox.' Scott's specialty is reinventing modern pop songs in styles reminiscent of the mid-20th century. PMJ's only constant is Scott at the piano. After a song is arranged in a throwback style, Scott recruits the musicians and vocalists necessary to bring his creation to life.
@@inbedwithmusic2130, We talked about snakes. I asked him a few times if we had met before and he said nope. The band was broken up at the time and were secretly back together in my City of Vancouver recording a new album.
I'm going to lay it out there: Best Rock Song Of All Time. The perfect combination of instruments and vocals makes for a powerful song that can't be beat. I know that you must disagree, so what do you consider the greatest rock song?
I honestly couldn’t tell you, there is still so many that I haven’t heard yet. I don’t have a favourite song at all. I have “favourite” songs for different moods. Perhaps I could answer in a years time.
So you know the song from Armageddon mentioned is a top notch song, however once they started playing ballads the Aerosmith we knew growing up was gone. Once again great song, just not the Aerosmith we knew.
Jess - the 70s had it all - progressive rock , hard rock , soft rock , love ballads ,r&b , funk and disco . and it was all good .
It was fantastic living in that Era with all that fabulous music 🎶
I’ll bet! Amazing 😍

I was born in 61 and grew up on 70's rock and it's still the best. Nice job keep going.
I’m starting to realise that.
Thanks for watching.

I met Steven Tyler once at a wrap party. We talked for about 30 minutes, and I did not recognize him.
How cool. He probably really enjoyed the fact that you *didn't* recognize him.
