- Well I would have never thought it when I first got the TW that she would be heading to the UK's Premier Agricultural show! But she is going to be on the Tama stand, which is in hall 12 stand 364. Myself, Mukka and Wes aka Onelonlyfarmer will be on stand for a couple of hours from 11am both days, come and say hi and have a butchers at the TW and the latest Tama products including there new Impax twine that I demonstrate with the Ford TW in an upcoming video. I think you'll agree that D&S Factors made a fantastic job of the wheels, contact them if you need your wheels sorting out www.dsf.co/dsf/

What a great combo seeing the Fastrac, trailer and the TW. What a terrific job with the wheels. Excellent video George 🔧🚜👍
Great to see TW and fastrack running on here again.
Great to see the TW back on the channel
Thanks George she is Looking good... Take care sir...
Growing up on the farm in Devon, for the cold starts in the depth of winter, father would put a big blanket over the bonnet, with mothers blow heater from the bathroom. 10 minted of hot air the old 165 would start easily. Saved on draining the battery.
Bob on that low loader. Looks the part. It always a bonus when ya big box can swallow everything 😂😂😂😂😂
Another great video nice to see the fastrac and the tw looking Brilliant 🤩 George 👍👍👍
good times will be had. I m looking forward to seeing everyone again and meeting new people.
Same here, hope you have a nice flight 👍
Nice one George - they do look good. The Fastrac and trailer is a cracking setup. Looks the part with all the lights too!
Like a kid in a sweet shop, looking good after the refurb.
Good morning George, All things looking 👀 good with the TW on the back, Take care of yourself and stay safe.🚜🚜🚜🛠️🛠️⭐️👍

It's great to have you, back George. Nice to see the tw and the fastrac wheels look great on the tw .
Cheers Michael 👍
That was some job getting those wheels of George! Those wedges are a right pain, they had “similar things” on the old standard fordsons from the 1930s / 40s - rear wheels. Your TW looks brilliant. 😊
fordson wheels would be a kot lighter at least
What a rig 👍 Those wheels look great and well worthy of a very happy George 🤣👌
Mighty cold start from the two beasts at the beginning! What a stunner of a rig you have created, from the front linkage project to the trailer looking proper smart and the T-dub cherry on top glad she is getting some attention you always look after your machines so well.
Cheers Ash👍
Never get rid of two brillant tractor I drove many of them great tractor they would pull anything way beyound there time years ago great video George top class
Made a damn god job of those pal. 👍👍👍👍🇬🇧
it is great to see the old TW up and running the wheels look really awesome give to blue paint a nice touch up and it will look sweet
Hi George Nice one the TW is looking good Have a good week Thanks again
That’s a job I’ve got on my list but think that’ll be next year 😩. Looking forward to seeing them back on and out working 👌👍
Amazing how just the wheels on the TDub getting a freshen up change the appearance of the whole tractor 🤔👍👍
Wheels make a huge difference to the overall look, poor looking ones bring a tidy tractor down and smart wheels can bring a not so good tractor up to a different level 👍
A fabulous pair of modern classics you got there George. Myself and Kaylem enjoying your videos as always
😅Fantastic job George,
But, for those that don’t want quite such a professional/costly job done, I found that Hammerite white smooth is a very close match and can be hand painted and/or aerosol sprayed on Ford wheels.
Being slightly off white, it is a very close colour match and that Hammerite paint will take a lot of punishment too.
Hamnerite is brilliant stuff, I use it regularly for touching bits up👍
Good stuff George and Darren, Ye are horse's of Men, rims turned out really well💪👌👍🙏🙂
Looking good for a freshen up. Handy to know that they can be done with the tyres on the rim :)
The old girl is being reborn…she’ll live forever!!!
Fasttrac looking class there George
Looks mint 👌🏻
t's great to have you, back George.
Cheers James 👍
Great video George 🚜🚜
TW looks nice
Looking great, now u need to spray the whole tractor
Wheels look great. Im looking forward to seeing it at Lamma
Cheers Phil, see you there 👍
Gears looking good now George, hopefully catch you at lamma 👍
No wonder 40 years ago as a 24 hour breakdown tyre service mechanic; I could not get the wheel off of my bosses' best customer. I think it was like three months later I got my big jack back ~~~ AND [the tyre] IT WAS FULL OF WATER
Must say George the rims look sweet. Do you get a problem with the rims flaking paint on the new hollands. Glad your attending Lamma. Your see some great UA-camrs there
I just like the Ford thats sure an robust Maschine. The Sound is awesome.
Fantastic looking machine there george
Cheers Dave 👍
Hi George the TW25 looks good you always put a good video on
Cheers Lloyd 👍
The best luck I have had with wedges is to put the pusher bolts in and tension, then using the draw bolts backed out just a couple of turns , smack the draw bolts vs trying to use a punch on the small thin edge of the wedge. This also minimizes the chance of putting a mushroom dimple in the wedge.
That’s a bloody good trailer now mate
Cheers buh👍
definatly a nice rig that
Looking forward to seeing it at lamma show 💪💪
Tdub is looking fresh mate, you must be chuffed
Ford in there wisdom making life that little bit more difficult 😂
Hi mate ice to see you back still watching all videos how much will tw be
18:28 great content
Old TW 💪💪
Great video. I hate to say this but I actually never knew how you get the power adjust cast rims off the back of a Ford tractor. I’ve never seen one taken off before. One other thing I learned was what those big boxes are you see on the front of European tractors are for, I didn’t realize they were for tools. We don’t have those over here in Canada
good as new them wheels
Great Video George, Love the TW25 the wheels look great is the next project a repaint of the cab and panels? thanks for sharing
You should get the wheel nuts zinc plated, to finish the job off
We just bought a ford tw25 yesterday actually 😂
As a workhorse? They are still capable of hard days graft👍
@@GeorgeSaunders not really but to pull our seed drill and manure spreader
We have a case magnum 7250 as our main workhorse
Nice one George the wheels look super what about the bolts will you paint or get them refurbished
Rest of it needs doing next , then she'll be a s good as new
I was always told not to put a strap over metal in case the straps rubbing
Should be fine if it's not over a sharp edge 👍
Thanks for the video, those wheels look sharp , maybe you could get somebody to color match the blue on the hubs and smarten them up a bit, they kinda spoil the front wheels now. My guess is they used those hubs like that for row crop here in North America. I'm thinking you get the coarse adjustment on the P.A.V.T rims then get the fine adjustment on the axles if needed then you can change widths quickly between different jobs , without having to take wheels off and swap sides or turn dishes and stuff. Those style hubs are a pain if some clowns wound the pull bolts in and snapped them off in the hub before a new owner buys it. Don't ask how I know about it with an 1135 Massey with axle hub duals on as well L.O.L Take care.
I wouldn't fancy drilling them out! I feel your pain!!
👍
Good to see old blue out again still the best starting sound out there.😊 you'll need the front mudguards on her. Do you know anyone who sells good quality new ones out there by any chance? I'm needing to put a set on my wish list... 🤞 stay safe 🏴
I've never come across any that are any good, have you got the brackets?
@@GeorgeSaunders nope there nowt ever been fitted to the old 87.. did notice Dunlop fenders think they were decent enough but I would need to do some fabrication and make brackets..
Hi do you have a link for the flashing light in your windscreen of the fastrac?! Looks awesome

Are rear wheel weights more common in the UK, than loading the tires with calcium or beet juice?
Wheel weights are very common now, but folks still use water ballasting now and again, cheap weight 👍
@@GeorgeSaunders here in Maine we have either calcium, which rots the rims and burns the field when you pop a valve stem. Or beet juice which is really expensive but safer. Last time I had it put in was almost the cost of a new tire. Thinking of switching over to wheel weights so I can dump the extra weight and lighten the tractor as much as possible in really wet years when the ground is spongy during haying…
George great video let's just hope Greta Tumblr wasn't watching because she would have been horrified when you started the tw up 🤣🤣🤣 how dare you
I think she secretly loves a bit of diesel power 👌
Hello, I bought 10 wheel weights for my Ford. How are they installed correctly? Does the rubber washer have to be on the side of the nut or on the side of the square? and how is the first weight attached to the rim? screw with a little longer and something else comes up? Would appreciate an answer very much.
Hi I'm not sure about correctly but mine are installed like this. The first weight is bolted on as normal but before you do that put the square headed bolts in the holes on the first weight. So when you've put the first weight on you should have the 3 bolts sticking out so that you can slide the next weight on and so forth. Hope that helps 👍
ohh is deno the mystery guest 😂
🤫
@@GeorgeSaunders or your model u had promoting health and safety issues
Who owns komatsu in yard 🤔 something getting built
You still got the duals for it?
Yes but obviously I can't put them on now😬🙈
U should straight pipe the fastrac
Does aneyone a tw 35 super q cab
Ironic them weights come from Lincolnshire then had to go back to get painted
You could have got them done before you brought them down
@@GeorgeSaunders 5 years ago,,,,
never seen so many rackets straps holding something on !! two chain straps would of been fine one to the front one to the rear and truck on
I was waiting for someone to say you haven't got enough on there!
Give it time lol
@@GeorgeSaunders
Hallo george the fastrac with the Trailer looks very good. I hope the tw looks good on agriculture Show. In Germany drive all farmer for his Future monday is a great Demonstration in Berlin what a shithole Germany
should have painted the front hubs when you had the chance?.
Probably should have done, but it is tricky to get the wheels over that long hub without taking the paint off, might have to mask them up👍
Yeah true. anyway is a way to do it
whats the point of havign the wedge instead of conventional wheel nuts
It allows you to "easily" adjust the track width for row crop work, in the UK they are rarely adjusted 👍
Why did they make that stupid design on those rear wheel nuts and not just straight bolts like everything else? 😅
Nice to see the ol' flatbed out and about!
I wish they were straight bolts! They are designed so that you can slide them in and out on the axle to adjust the track width 👍
@@GeorgeSaunders Oh right, that makes sense.... 😀

It’s about time. The TW is long past it’s sale by date. You need to get something really big and bad George.. This way when Liz kicks you out of it you won’t have to slink back to the TW
I don’t think he’s selling it just saying.
The TW is going nowhere m8 👍
Someone posted before watching the whole video. Here's to the next 30-40 years of the TeeDub's life with George. 18:38
What you on about don't think tw is sold
That TW is iconic
Why don’t you just use a ratchet wrench?
A Rather wrench for?
@@GeorgeSaunders To get the bolts out of the inside of the wheel instead of trying to get a ratchet in there.
