Thank u I have just started macrame and cut my first lot of cord wrong so haven’t bothered to go back to it. You have given me incentive to start again, thank u
I suggest when filming, to lower the macrame wall art so that you can showcase your work within the frame. You only have 3-5 seconds to grab a new user, so show off your best stuff.
Thank You so much. Very interesting and useful Videos. We can learn a lot. Important for Macrame Master like You and for Learners, that You share Your experience moments with Others and Help Others to enjoy and to love Macrame.
Hai nikki, i recently watched this video bcos im new in macrame. And your tips number 4 is really amazing. Im in the process of accepting the fact for unknotting the knot 🤣
Hello Nicole, was looking for such tips, thank you. One more problem I m facing is brushing the hangings. The cotton thread of 3 mm I bought as macrame takes too much time to unturn and after even after combing they stay twisted. I sprayed water, ironed them. Guide me on this issue. Also the bulk of combed threads is not as beautiful as yours.
I haven’t had the opportunity to watch your other videos yet, but I can say that on this video, the audio is not very clear. I would really like to know these tips, because I’m just starting to learn macrame, but unfortunately, I can’t hear or understand you in your video as well as other people’s video channels I have watched. I’ll move onto some of your other videos in the hope that you have started to use a Lavalier microphone or fixed the audio issues somehow. Fingers crossed! Thanks for sharing your expertise.
It may be due to the different brand of cord you are using vs. the one in the design. Every brand varies slightly in each of its 3mm, 4mm and 5mm etc . sized cords.
I'm just starting to learn how to macrame and I went and bought some supplies. I haven't figured out how to hang the dowel or stick. Do I have to buy some type of hook and make holes in my wall, I'm hoping to avoid this. I'd appreciate suggestions please.
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, but please cut the background music as it's highly annoying and disturbing. Especially at the beginning it was too loud, i thought gosh i can't stand 5min with her speaking an this background music. Your voice is very pleasant and soothing, you don't need any background noise.
Please, please stop the background noise interference. I had to stop watching as the music was preventing my ability to hear and understand your words. Such a pity as I'm very interested in the content.
1. Supplies (scissors, cord, setup)
2. Learn basic macrame knots (lark's head knot, square knot, double half hitch knot)
3. Un-knotting is inevitable
4. Measure twice, cut once
5. Save scrap cords
Bonus: have positive mindset

I like video.. however the background music makes it difficult to follow instructions. Maybe this recording music too loud. Thanks 😊
Thank you for the feedback! I have been lowering the music volume in my videos now :)
@@Bochiknot A mic mounted to your camera would be AMAZING and next-level!
Video Idea: more in-depth about macrame cords. Where to buy it? Pricing? Brands? What different types work best for what style? etc.
:)
ok great idea - thank you!

Very helpful, thank you. 💛
Measure rope to design just 1 full length, and then you'll know how to adjust from their before cutting all the other rope for your project.
That’s so cool I would love to learn that
Thank you for the tutorial on macrame. I will try it out! 🧵

You should promo your starter kit more! This is the first time I’ve seen it!
Oh I definitely should! Thank you for the suggestion!! :)
Thank you for the tips and tricks.
Can anyone tell me why my cords always come out way shorter then what the design does? What could I be doing wrong?
It may be due to the different brand of cord you are using vs. the one in the design. Every brand varies slightly in each of its 3mm, 4mm and 5mm etc . sized cords.
So cut x8? Or x4? I think I need a little more clarification on this...
Where do I purchase the kit?

You can hang it on a curtain rod.
@@miisala3427 Thanks
Yes on a curtain rod with S hooks OR a curtain rod with cords tied at the ends. You can also use a clothing rack if you have one available
@@Bochiknot Thanks
Thank You,🤩🤩🤩
