This is my favorite Avett Brothers song. They put so much passion into this performance, and the lyrics are just so wonderful.
I was in the front row with the white hat and the avett tattoo on my right arm. such a good show, and a huge treat to hear this song live, and such a good job seth!!
Sometimes I'm amazed at how good they really are. This performance was genius.

@jsackrider It is has a lot of different things on it. It is a sleeve on my forearm with the emotionalism bird in the middle. The two birds that are on the piano drape (one is holding a heart and the other has an arrow through its heart) inverted on the top twice.. one of the storm scenes towards the wrist,... some crows to fill in the back and lead into the rest of it, and then i and love and you tear drops to fill..

BOTH HAVE CAMILLA BELLE'S EYES. DON'T KNOW IT THAT IS MANLY, BUT SINCE THE SONG (THEIR MUSIC, AS A WHOLE, ACTUALLY) IS UNDENIABLY GOOD, I ALLOW MYSELF SUCH COMMENT. ON THEIR BEAUTY.
Proof they never should have included a drummer. At least they still play the good songs sometimes. "They may pay us off in fame, but that is not why we came"

@VanDeVenF21 right... i guess i just meant the banjo is the only instrument that literally goes out of tune, the cellist just plays a little up the neck to make it sound off

ok, does anyone else think it's awesome how they make all their instruments go out of tune at "the guitar that I'm holding is way out of tune"? Too cool.
