    What does plant based actual mean? Based? You could eat 40% meat and 60% plants and still be on a plant based diet then.

      If it is a healthy 60 % as opposed to eating deep fried veggies & canned fruit with lots of sugary syrup that 60%,offers benefit.

      Whole Food Plant Based ( WFPB ) means NO processed foods ( even if vegan )
      Whole grains
      Fruits
      Vegetables
      Beans, Lentils
      A bit of Nuts & Seeds
      No oil ( processed food )
      No diary
      No meat
      No fish
      If Heart disease, No salt
      Ideally no sugar
      Eating fresh foods is what the body knows
      No need to be raw
