Jet sizes will vary depending on your specific location, weather, altitude, and other engine modifications so exact jetting is are hard to give. You will want to read your new spark plug after installing this kit to see what jetting changes may be needed.

I just installed this kit, I have a 2016 yz250f. Bike runs great, but when you give it throttle it sputters and backfires. You can see from the spark plug it is running very lean. Do I need to remap the bike for it to have more fuel for the fuel to air ratio?
Yes, you have increased the volume of air going in so fuel has to be equally increased. Factory jetting/efi tuning is generally always on the leaner side for emissions so increasing the capacity will make that even worse. Get a jetting kit or remap the ecu/use a piggy back to get the optimum AFR. Given your apparent lack of understanding of tuning I’d get a professional to do this for you 😊

Not for the Type F model, only for the R, X, or RX models.

Yes you can use the stock carb. You may have to re-jet but other than that you'll be set!

Yes, I have this kit on my fc250 which is EFI and I had to send my ECU to Tokyo Mods.
Conar Myers my atv has caburators( SORRY If i Spelled it wrong).
ProMotoo It's the same principle. I needed to tune my ECU and you'll need to re-jet your carb.

The cylinders are made in the U.S.A. and the pistons are from Vertex, which are made in Italy.
