Ha! I like the "much blast to ride" node to dirt and iron ;-)
good info-love the bike
Looks awesome with those graphics and plastic.
It looks like so much blast!
You need to Moto on next SO CAL trip!
how does this motor compare to a stock 350sxf?
More lively on the bottom and can be ridden harder.
Dirt Bike TV a lot of woods guys like myself actually love taking sx-f’s onto the trails with an 18 inch rear because of the snappy aggressive engine characteristics. Would u say u could lug down low with something like this in the woods?
I’m a bit confused I thought you liked the air fork or is that more on the trail?
What's the total price for for the engine alone? Big bore, Twisted tuning, etc. ?
Too much :-) $650 BB kit. TD maybe $500-600 and Vortex $700 But really good -
@@dirtbiketv1 Not Bad, I expected more. Thanks for the reply. 👍
Overjumping everything on the track... :)
Love it!
Looks great jay! I really like this idea but for someone who is 6ft4 and 100kg I feel it wouldn’t be enough power for me? What do you think?
I’d say a 36 inch seat 400cc would be good enough
When did you film this ? Milestone been closed for months.
Good eye my friend. It was about a month before they closed.
Hey Jay, I am thinking of putting the big bore kit on a 2020 KTM 250xcf. What gains can you expect with only the kit? Do I need to add fuel to the ECU to compensate for the larger displacement? Thanks, Nick
3-4 HP typically and that bike will love it more than others- -- Give more torque and grunt for sure-- I would think you can get away with the stock ECU settings just fine. Try it first without getting mapped--- Let me know how it goes.
yes, stock ecu will not supply more fuel for the added air. It will make about 1 more hp and run on the leaner side without a tune.
Who did the motor?
Twisted Development -
What is the difference or what do you notice between T4 and u4.4?
T4 is cleaner inside the engine - not sure I notice power difference.
Very sexy bike !
