Meet Our Therapists - Dr. Israa Hesham, Specialist Psychiatrist

Dr. Israa is a Specialist Psychiatrist who obtained her master's degree with excellence from Kasr Al-Ainy, Cairo University. Over the past 4 years, she has gained extensive experience working with adults and adolescents at Kasr Al-Ainy Hospital and private clinics.
She is trained in customizing approaches like Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, CBT, and DBT to suit individual client needs. She has completed EMDR training and integrates play therapy techniques for younger clients.
Additionally, she has certifications in Sports Psychiatry from Western University, and was honored with the Dr. Yehya ElRakhawy Scientific Prize for her work.
She believes in the uniqueness of each person's journey, and supports clients in understanding their narratives, coping with challenges, and fostering personal growth.
