When is it safe to give my apartment complex their 60 day move out notice? Set to close on April 15 but it is a new build and not complete yet and what if closing gets pushed out? We are pre-qualified.

If you give yourself a two week buffer from the time the builder gives you a closing date, that should be safe.
I am moving into my new house completely empty expect for the appliances my purse and a bag of clothes
