That child survived a traumatic c-section birth by someone with no medical training using a dirty utility knife in an unsterile environment, he was then tossed onto the floor of a car, driven around, and then dropped in the grass - all within his first hour of life. His will to live is remarkable and inspiring.
That was the plan, but no, she didn't put it up inside herself because it was too large ( probably as it was attached to other organs ) so instead sat on top of it in the car.
She couldn’t fit it inside because it was connected to Jamie’s uterus and ovaries, so she just sat on the placenta and smeared blood around her groin. When she carved the baby out of Jamie, she basically pulled out Jamie’s entire reproductive system along with the child.
She called the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, and placenta a “thangamajiggy”. And then she sat on it…. That’s gotta be the darkest/weirdest thing I’ve ever heard in a true crime story.

Reminds me of a time a woman I worked with as a school crossing guard (she was a bus driver) once news broke out and I couldn’t hide my wobble anymore and I was big and pregnant. This woman got very close to me to the point I was very uncomfortable. Things got even stranger when she asked me what was I having and I said a boy and she randomly called me a few weeks later and asked me can I meet her on side of the highway she had some items she got for the baby. I asked her to just bring them with her to the school. She eerily insisted I meet her especially since I was a week or 2 from giving birth and it would take a few minutes. I got a gut feeling something was oddly off and reassured her I would only meet at work during working hours when it’s millions of eyes around. She finally gave me the clothes and diapers at the school but I was definitely scared of her. Something about her energy was off and after I had the baby she disappeared

As a person who works with mentally ill people at a mental health hospital..that was the worst acting that i have ever seen..multiple personality disorder is very rare...this is just evil desperation to keep her lies intact...that poor woman..
as someone who has these disorders, MPD is not medically recognized as a real disorder. its been called DID since 1994. i think you need to go back to school for a while? yes they are rare but if you really do work at a mental hospital you should know that there are very many different dissociative and personality disorders that can develop from different things, some are even genetically more susceptible to develop these disorders. generalizing it as "the split personality disorder" does nothing but make your patients not trust you. i would know. i worry for yours.

The fact the victim was still alive minutes to even an hour enough to realize her baby was kidnapped, gone, and she was dying, that's so horrible, and that thought was the last and final before she died. She was only stunned, she probably watched it happened too.
With a utility knife, the blade doesn't retract far and isn't as sharp as an expensive knife or scalpel..Cutting her neck and wrist could be done with little effort with utility knife. But cutting into skin, thick layer muscle of a stomach would have been torture. I just hope she went into shock and didn't feel a thing, while she was pulling her intestines out, manipulating her organs and cutting them out. It was absolutely stomach turning when they disclosed what was still attached to the placenta. Even more macabre when they disclosed poor young Jamie's demise, who absolutely was still alive when baby was taken out of that little soul would have passed away on scene. As a retired medic/firefighter, this is hands down worse than anything horrific I've seen a person pass away and I've seen bad bad things. This made me nauseated and instantly cry at both reveals in the video. That poor young lady. 🥺 Life in prison isn't good enough, she should have got death row. 3 square meals, and a bed with access to new friends, medical, dental, internet and library.. she's not paying for this horrific crime.
If you've given birth recently, the evidence is unmistakable. How she ever expected to pull this off is beyond me. There is literally no chance whatsoever that she could have fooled doctors into thinking that she had just given birth.
Not only will a medical exam show if you gave birth recently, the blood work will always have hormones that are only present when a woman is or has been pregnant. If those hormones are not present then it's impossible the woman was pregnant.

I’m utterly speechless-she “stretched herself out” so it would appear as if she had just given birth, and she intended to push the placenta up into her own body to look like she just delivered the baby…but since it was too big to fit, she put the baby on the floor, pulled her britches down and sat on top of the “thingymajiggy” (what she called the placenta) and headed to her friend’s house for “help”. I work in a female prison here in Colorado, we have an inmate that also cut a baby out of pregnant woman. The baby didn't make it, the pregnant lady did.

@@kaytea0963it's really not that simple. Those children were of no blood relation to him, and he neither adopted them nor got legal guardianship of them. Had he done that at the time he married their mother, then he'd have more of a say in what happened to them once he was no longer with their mom. Unfortunately he has no dog in that fight. And unless one of their mother's relatives could take them in, then foster care is unfortunately where they would have to end up. So you can't really push that one on the step dad. There wasn't much he could do there.

The way the investigator talked to her when she was using that baby voice is down right CLEVER AS HELL. He said "honey", "sweetheart" he was so nice, I ALMOST forgot he was interrogating her.
This is the third case I have learned about where some absolutely selfish, evil woman attacked and stole another woman's unborn baby, and murdered the mother. It's so horrendous I really don't have the words.. Poor Jamie, I hope Kathy never gets out. I hope Jamie's family can one day find some peace in all this horror.
And to know that there are many single pregnant women in the world at any given time is crazier. They’ve learned pregnancy gets them special attention and maybe keeps a man involved longer. Someone who doesn’t have that first hand experience with pregnancy probably wouldn’t think to reach for that lie in the first place, or at least give it up way earlier if they try it. I have a cousin who constantly pretends shes pregnant every time her boyfriend cheats on her. Shes done this for 8.5 yrs going on 9. Prints fake ultrasound pictures (I've googled fake ultrasound pictures and the exact pictures she would have would be the first 3 pics that show up, over eats to gain weight. Then fakes miscarriages every single time. I called her out on it several times she just tells me "yeah i did fake it but i have my reasons" her reasons are always because he cheats on her. Such a pathological liar. We dont speak anymore, i disowned her as a relative.
Seems like they’re both worth each other. Breaking each other’s trust over and over and still remaining in the relationship for YEARS. Goes to show longevity doesn’t mean happiness. They both need help.

Then she said she was 5+ months pregnant with triplets; I told her to send me the "ultrasound" pics, so she does. Meanwhile she's in the department the day after this supposed tragedy throwing freight like she's as healthy as a horse. Idk. But switching back and forth so fast between alleged split personalities was so incredibly unbelievable. But I’ll give her credit for being a great manipulator. Easily says the most infuriating things that would make anyone want to punch her, and then a second later breaks into fake tears when a real threat come forwards. But all that does is prove she’s a good actress and con artist. And she put on a great show for the jury. If she went to trial there’s not a single juror that would give her the benefit of the doubt.
When I had my daughter my mom put up signs saying things like welcome home baby girl and other things outside my house. It's was a nice gesture and so sweet of her, but all I could think of was someone seeing that and seeing "free baby inside". I told my mom my concerns and she ran to my house and took down the decorations immediately. I can be a paranoid person but there was a story along those lines within the time I was pregnant so it didn't come out of completely nowhere 😮

I don’t understand how you can get away with faking a pregnancy for that long. If I’m pregnant and allegedly in my final trimester, at some point my mother, husband, sister, best friend, whomever, would have accompanied me to at least _one_ prenatal appointment for support, especially if my previous pregnancy ended in miscarriage.
Yup. I never went to any of my prenatal appointments alone during any of my 3 pregnancies. I always wanted someone to be there in case something was wrong and I had extra ears!

She was ofcourse extremely stupid .She thought she could play the cops the same way as she played her stupid husband . The detectives only played along with her , there was only one outcome.
She was deflecting. Trying to flip the script on them as if she's some kind of authority. Tries all types of tactics on them. Oh yeah I knew waterworks would eventually be used. Master manipulator. Definitely as evil as they come.
The police questioning her are human and were likely just as appalled by this lady as everyone else. But even with huge evidence it can help to get a confession, or at least keep her talking to tell a fake story they can debunk….so they had to control themselves and play nice with this monster. But they were nice for the sake of the victim and justice, not for this lady.
This makes me so sad, she must have been alive while unable to do anything while being cut open and got your baby and guts removed. Than she cuts her throat and wrist to make sure she died. That was the plan, but no, she didn't put it up inside herself because it was too large ( probably as it was attached to other organs ) so instead sat on top of it in the car.

Reminds me of a time a woman I worked with as a school crossing guard (she was a bus driver) once news broke out and I couldn’t hide my wobble anymore and I was big and pregnant. This woman got very close to me to the point I was very uncomfortable. Things got even stranger when she asked me what was I having and I said a boy and she randomly called me a few weeks later and asked me can I meet her on side of the highway she had some items she got for the baby. I asked her to just bring them with her to the school. She eerily insisted I meet her especially since I was a week or 2 from giving birth and it would take a few minutes. I got a gut feeling something was oddly off and reassured her I would only meet at work during working hours when it’s millions of eyes around. She finally gave me the clothes and diapers at the school but I was definitely scared of her. Something about her energy was off and after I had the baby she disappeared

as someone who has these disorders, MPD is not medically recognized as a real disorder. its been called DID since 1994. i think you need to go back to school for a while? yes they are rare but if you really do work at a mental hospital you should know that there are very many different dissociative and personality disorders that can develop from different things, some are even genetically more susceptible to develop these disorders. generalizing it as "the split personality disorder" does nothing but make your patients not trust you. i would know. i worry for yours.

This was the most insane case I have seen in years. Kathy genuinely feels like a satirical killer from an over-the-top 2000’s fictional crime show.
The fact the victim was still alive minutes to even an hour enough to realize her baby was kidnapped, gone, and she was dying, that's so horrible, and that thought was the last and final before she died. She was only stunned, she probably watched it happened too.
With a utility knife, the blade doesn't retract far and isn't as sharp as an expensive knife or scalpel..Cutting her neck and wrist could be done with little effort with utility knife. But cutting into skin, thick layer muscle of a stomach would have been torture. I just hope she went into shock and didn't feel a thing, while she was pulling her intestines out, manipulating her organs and cutting them out. It was absolutely stomach turning when they disclosed what was still attached to the placenta. Even more macabre when they disclosed poor young Jamie's demise, who absolutely was still alive when baby was taken out of that little soul would have passed away on scene. As a retired medic/firefighter, this is hands down worse than anything horrific I've seen a person pass away and I've seen bad bad things. This made me nauseated and instantly cry at both reveals in the video. That poor young lady. 🥺 Life in prison isn't good enough, she should have got death row. 3 square meals, and a bed with access to new friends, medical, dental, internet and library.. she's not paying for this horrific crime.

I’m utterly speechless-she “stretched herself out” so it would appear as if she had just given birth, and she intended to push the placenta up into her own body to look like she just delivered the baby…but since it was too big to fit, she put the baby on the floor, pulled her britches down and sat on top of the “thingymajiggy” (what she called the placenta) and headed to her friend’s house for “help”.

I work in a female prison here in Colorado, we have an inmate that also cut a baby out of pregnant woman. The baby didn't make it, the pregnant lady did.
I can’t even imagine the trauma she was left with.

@@kaytea0963it's really not that simple. Those children were of no blood relation to him, and he neither adopted them nor got legal guardianship of them. Had he done that at the time he married their mother, then he'd have more of a say in what happened to them once he was no longer with their mom. Unfortunately he has no dog in that fight. And unless one of their mother's relatives could take them in, then foster care is unfortunately where they would have to end up. So you can't really push that one on the step dad. There wasn't much he could do there.

my step dad was a police officer worked a lot of cases against bad people a lot of them have to mentally train and focus that if they lash out or mess up it can help a defendant walk free and then the victims family gets no justice cause of one mistake

The way the investigator talked to her when she was using that baby voice is down right CLEVER AS HELL. He said "honey", "sweetheart" he was so nice, I ALMOST forgot he was interrogating her.

They’ve learned pregnancy gets them special attention and maybe keeps a man involved longer. Someone who doesn’t have that first hand experience with pregnancy probably wouldn’t think to reach for that lie in the first place, or at least give it up way earlier if they try it. This woman likes the “control” pregnancy gives you over people’s emotions, which she knows first hand from having her actual children.

Yeah you can tell from her daughter's interview that she isn't right in the head. She seems to blame her stepdad for... I'm not sure what but she calls his tears "fake" for some reason, as if HE were the one on trial and says he seemed relieved to be rid of her...as if he should have stuck by her.

I have a cousin who constantly pretends shes pregnant every time her boyfriend cheats on her. Shes done this for 8.5 yrs going on 9. Prints fake ultrasound pictures (I've googled fake ultrasound pictures and the exact pictures she would have would be the first 3 pics that show up, over eats to gain weight. Then fakes miscarriages every single time. I called her out on it several times she just tells me "yeah i did fake it but i have my reasons" her reasons are always because he cheats on her. Such a pathological liar. We dont speak anymore, i disowned her as a relative.
Seems like they’re both worth each other. Breaking each other’s trust over and over and still remaining in the relationship for YEARS. Goes to show longevity doesn’t mean happiness. They both need help.
Reading your comment is like the exact shit a gal I worked with would do. She would say that she was pregnant and then "miscarried" every other month. Then she said she was 5+ months pregnant with triplets; I told her to send me the "ultrasound" pics, so she does. So I googled triplets ultrasound images, and it's literally the 3rd pic down🤦 She comes to work a few days later saying that she had lost the babies the day before. Meanwhile she's in the department the day after this supposed tragedy throwing freight like she's as healthy as a horse. Everything that ever came out of her mouth was nothing but lies on top of lies. I am absolutely sickened by people like her. She's a total lunatic. She quit working at that store about a week after that.

Idk. But switching back and forth so fast between alleged split personalities was so incredibly unbelievable. But I’ll give her credit for being a great manipulator. Easily says the most infuriating things that would make anyone want to punch her, and then a second later breaks into fake tears when a real threat come forwards. But all that does is prove she’s a good actress and con artist. And she put on a great show for the jury. If she went to trial there’s not a single juror that would give her the benefit of the doubt.

When I had my daughter my mom put up signs saying things like welcome home baby girl and other things outside my house. It's was a nice gesture and so sweet of her, but all I could think of was someone seeing that and seeing "free baby inside". I told my mom my concerns and she ran to my house and took down the decorations immediately. I can be a paranoid person but there was a story along those lines within the time I was pregnant so it didn't come out of completely nowhere 😮

I don’t understand how you can get away with faking a pregnancy for that long. If I’m pregnant and allegedly in my final trimester, at some point my mother, husband, sister, best friend, whomever, would have accompanied me to at least _one_ prenatal appointment for support, especially if my previous pregnancy ended in miscarriage.
Yup. I never went to any of my prenatal appointments alone during any of my 3 pregnancies. I always wanted someone to be there in case something was wrong and I had extra ears!

People are often infuriated by seemingly kidglove interrogation techniques. It's all for a purpose , these detectives are not stupid. This sure was an extreme case ;seldom will detectives encounter such a self entitled drag . She was ofcourse extremely stupid .She thought she could play the cops the same way as she played her stupid husband . The detectives only played along with her , there was only one outcome.
She was deflecting. Trying to flip the script on them as if she's some kind of authority. Tries all types of tactics on them. Oh yeah I knew waterworks would eventually be used. Master manipulator. Definitely as evil as they come.
The police questioning her are human and were likely just as appalled by this lady as everyone else.
But even with huge evidence it can help to get a confession, or at least keep her talking to tell a fake story they can debunk….so they had to control themselves and play nice with this monster.

I've also been in Emergency Medicine for 23 years so I have alot of experience deciphering what I've always called "Toothpaste Talk" (you know, when you're brushing your teeth and trying to talk 😂).
