Don't let your metal state get you down I've got ptsd had it for 8 years now . Thing I found that work s the best is having a good support network and listening to motivation speeches . There reason why we fail in life and its so we can learn from it and pick are self's up. And if your not failing in life your not trying hard enough . I lost someone dear to me last year on new years eve , but you have to remember the good times you've had with them and remember them . Things in life seem tough but the good times come more frequently. We all love you Kat and we are here for you ❤

I am so excited and happy to see you back. I completely understand how life gets in the way of things and I am sad when you started crying. I recently lost my last grandparent a month ago and it's been really hard to deal with and extra hard to get through everything with his house and cremation. I was told by the morgue that I won't be able to receive his ashes for over a month due to covid and the morgue being backed up on cremations. I'm happy to see you finally back and engaged. Can't wait to see more videos.

Great video. What an update! I live in the bay area and went to school at cal poly and Cuesta before that. What a great area the central coast is.
