How is it that abridged series are almost always better/more creative/funnier than the original? Especially considering that often there’s just one or two people working on an abridged series as opposed to a whole team of writers, it’s very impressive

I wonder how they are going to characterize Haruhime? I hope they go a different route than they did with lily, and make her still want a peice of bell (just because unlike lily that's actually plot relevant).
I'm far more surprised that this generation of abridgers hasn't banded together and created an umbrella corporation and started buying the anime making rights to manga and then either made a straight story with phenomenal eng dubs or simply do what they do best and legally abridged it with a tongue in cheek references to the mangas original plot.
All they really need is hand animators, a manga script and permission to go nuts.

Alright look, not only can you not imagine how broke I am as a grown ass man without thinking it's a joke, but I also don't have a computer or even the internet it would need for me to edit if I even knew how (not that I haven't wanted to learn but, phone) so I know that I'm useless to you in all the ways that matter. Gonna lay a bit out here though, I'm not going to be broke forever (recent times have just been kinda... trying at best and definitively effing devastating at worst) and you can bet I'd love nothing more than to invest in real talent, yours and your work.
Yeah, I can talk too much. Speaking of which, ha, I have one of those voices you can't fake or duplicate, my late wife would call it sweet and spicy honey, said you could feel it in your chest (think TFS's Perfect Cell or Alucard but rumbly...er) I have a headset, a phone and a dream. Don't want money, I know you're struggling too, I just wanna do something and voice acting is one of those things. Aaand I can read some Japanese and am actively looking into doing translations. I can't figure out a way to message someone on UA-cam privately or else I'd send you a way to reach out, a Discord handle or some such.
Regardless of any and all of that, I'm patiently looking forward to seeing what you make next and eagerly to offering my support. Keep kicking ass man, and sorry for the novel, just in a toasty and/but sincere state of mind.
