The battle pass has a theme and a sub theme with the rest of the skin set going into the store. I would rather the battle pass be a full themed pass with the sub theme going to the shop.
I'm just waiting for healing to receive an actual nerf, not a bandaid fix role passive from dps that only half-heartedly makes it slightly tolerable for only one of the roles. If not, then TDM will continue to feel like the most playable game mode.

I used to love Overwatch so much, but I can't stand it anymore, and I'm sure a lot of people feel this way. Haven't played in 3 months...cosmetics are grossly overpriced. They're doing the same thing with mini buffs and nerfs. Was an amazing game and now it's meh...
I really wish this game was in better hands, aside from the art team, cause they do a great job. I'm just tired of the things that surround this game. The core gameplay is fun but literally everything that surrounds it is complete shit. Corporate greed, shit management, toxic player base, cheaters, no clear game direction, shit matchmaking, which often feels rigged, and it just doesn't feel exciting to play anymore. Sure they have added a few cool things, very few, but overall it's just so dull and mundane, and it's every season, then they try to wrap around a trailer to try and get people hype for it. They introduce the mythic shop and are now trying to charge players for weapon inspects, something that players have been asking for for a very long time, and something that was advertised in one of the first ow2 trailers, and not only that, they're valuing it as the same price as the mythic skins we've been getting already and those were complete skins for the chosen characters. But guess what even with the premium BP you can only get enough of the prisms to get one or the other. but hey, at least now you can pay 80$ to get the rein hammer if you want it and everything it comes with..... and also you can look at it slightly different if you do get it, that's definitely worth $80+tax right?...... how does that make sense? It doesn't, it's pretty clear that they're just trying to get people to put even more money into the game with the mythic shop, 80$ to get 1 thing for 1 character.. it's not even like it's reasonably priced, 80$ for a fucking weapon skin, and weapon inspect which is something that should've been added a long time ago.. Jesus Christ, can you guys at least try to find a fucking middle ground. You're already drip feeding us this shit you put out, but now your just doubling down on the greed. I understand that you guys need to make money but why would I feel inclined to put money in this game when I feel like I'm getting scammed, and I'm just not seeing the value of it, sure it looks cool, but for $80 I can get whole games with hours of actual playable content. But, unfortunately people are still gonna keep doing what they do, thinking that because they spend a lot of money on something, it means its valuable, like paying for something namebrand. I love the lifeguard skins. However, as long as only hit scan is viable DPS and non-hit scan DPS are basically throwing, I'll not be back. Part of this is the DPS passive. But it's also constant nerfing non-hit scans and buffing hit-scans. The COD players have been very loud that you must have expert point and click aim to succeed at DPS. This philosophy flies in the face of what was so appealing about OW 1 at launch. Overwatch was a game that you didn't have to be an expert aimer to be successful. Game/map knowledge and awareness and knowing how to use the cool abilities of non-hit scans could make you very successful. That's just not OW DPS anymore.
Im here for theme skins on mass, more variety. What really really REALLY pissess me off is the lack of skins for Mauga and Venture. They were already realesed without legendary skins which before than has never happened before, you'd think they'd be quick to compensate
So many themes! There's the sentai themes with the kamen rider/power ranger styled characters, they baywatch and peru! Personally, I know some people dislike when the cosmetics break the "in universe" theming but I like them, as long as I can reliably identify the character I'm looking at without having to know the skin beforehand, I'm good. Not all games do this though! I stopped playing league of legends years (several years) ago and whenever I watch a video some skins are so out of character that I have no idea who the character is even if I know them from when I played.

One shots still haven't been addressed. I still get one shot unless I'm a bastion or tank. Still feels oppressive and not fun against those characters at higher levels

He said sth about picking certain skills for heros and there is a new QP mode announced in the trailer which assumingly lets you customise your characters. Sounds a bit like the ski system in Paladins (does that still exist?). Maybe Blizzard is trying new stuff.

I really dont mind the BP changes. I dont think I want a single one of these things BUT I appreciate them all for being there, especially the Lifeguard skins. I think its cool that there's a potential for set characters to get previous skins (like imagine that Hell Demon skin on other characters). Imma just play like normal, get what I can, and chill
