    This does not change the animation's time. It changes the slide duration. Two very different things.

      There's now a button a change the animation time.

  • @grimmspectre9660
    @grimmspectre9660 2 роки тому +2

    Doing this doesn't change how fast/slow my fade animation effect goes, it just increases the slide that the video is on. You can do that at the bottom underneath the slide and move the slider.

    • @TeamRonDi
      @TeamRonDi  2 роки тому

      This video is already pretty old. They added a animation timer now, when you click on the background of your page, you should see it in the top navigation bar.

    • @grimmspectre9660
      @grimmspectre9660 2 роки тому +2

      @@TeamRonDi That timer is not for the animation but time spent on the actual slide. My fade animation for the graphic I have it applied to happens within 0.2s. I want the graphic to fade in slowly for a more dramatic effect.

      Not really. The only way to control that, is to create separate pages and use animations and elements on these separate pages.
      We really could use more control over the animations in Canva 🤔
      Let's hope they gift us with more settings for animation in 2022 🤞

    Great tips! How would you animate bullet points to come in one at a time in a slide like you do in powerpoint?

    • @RobertSmith-li4rq
      @RobertSmith-li4rq 2 роки тому +8

      I had a video and was wanting bullets to come in at a certain time. Basically, just at every point in the video you want to add a bullet point you need to: (slide 1) clip the video to end where you want your bullet point to display, duplicate your page with the video in it (creating slide 2), (slide 2) add in the bullet point, (slide 2) adjust the timing on your video so the starting point on slide 2 is the same as the end point on slide 1 - pick whole seconds and it's easier to keep track of. That's it. Repeat this process for each new bullet point. It takes a minute the first time, but gets pretty easy once you figure it out.

    In the entire video, it is unclear, how to make the text disappear and the next one appears on the same slide?😥

    How can you add different animations to pop up on a video you have uploaded and not the ONE animation on the whole video?

    • @TeamRonDi

      By slicing your videos into different pages and adding animations page by page.
