Absolutely replace that brake line. Had a shop do that to me when I was on the road. I fixed it when I saw it a few weeks later, a couple months later it failed internally.
Yo, another channel I watch, Mustie 1, uses bar oil, diluted with a thin solvent, sprayed where ever rust might be a problem. It's inexpensive, easy and works well. After the solvent evaporates....it leaves a thin coat of bar oil, which is incredibly sticky and protects well. If a layer of dirt forms....well, just adds to the protection...wheee
PAINT THE FRAME BEFORE U DO ANYTHING ELSE. You will thank your self I promise. Throw some por-15 or some east wood frame paint... U can paint right over all that w out grinding it all.
