What is the Idler? Founder Tom Hodgkinson explains

The Idler is a magazine and school dedicated to fun, freedom and fulfilment. We produce a bi-monthly magazine, a range of online courses in subjects ranging from history to philosophy to ukulele, and put on live events and courses. We aim to help people free themselves from the boredom and drudgery of the nine-to-five.
