Paxman likes to laugh, does he? Could’ve fooled me
Tom seems to be the alert, thoughtful, busy chap here, questioning things & capable of independent thought, whereas Paxo seems dozy, bored with life & idle here, even talking in slo-mo. I'm shocked that he doesn't even get what philosophy is.
I once witnessed a Paxman nap. It was during a performance by Daniel Kitson, possibly the funniest standup in Britain, and by my watch it far exceeded 20 minutes. Obviously Paxo prefers sleeping to laughing!
He didn't explain idling mis leading title
Paxo is somewhat dull.
He is pretending to be Chris Morris pretending to be Jeremy Paxman.

His imitators seem to have made him interesting... while in fact he’s a privileged white English bore.
Listening to Jeremy Paxman is so thoroughly uninspiring and dismal, it's enough to push anybody into a suicidal stupor or a coma.
I think that Tom Hodgkinson managed him well.
He is bored of life and boring.
Thoroughly miserable interview-
Why does anybody bother interviewing Jeremy Paxman?
A dentist's waiting room is more entertaining, enthralling, imaginative and life-affirming.
Ah thank you for that point, Deladis. Well taken. It's time we put something more fun and idlerish up there. We must say thank you to Mr Paxman however who generously gave us his time and help a few years ago. All gratefully received.
