As someone who had all three pedal sets with load cell i can tell v3s are great while they working, they have huge amount of adjustability sadly performance kit is sold separate. V3 is the worst in terms to quality as load cell cant survive more than about 400hrs of driving with BRF 60+ as their load cell has desing flaw. Csl lc had very bad elastomers that crumbles after some time but when upgraded with springs for industrial 3d printer they are great for the price. Both csl lc and v3 had a bang if tou release pedal quickly as pedal is bouncing into heel plate. New v2 are of great quality i have them for months now without any issue. The draw back of them that they are not as nice looking (subjectivly) and they are not as adustable as v3.
Thanks for the comparison. You were very thorough. I have a set of v3 and I really like them. I did have to get the elastomer upgrade which I feel should have been included. By the way, what is the narrow city course you were using? Is it available for assetto corsa?
I've had the cls lc pedals. I was very happy with the 3drap elastomers mod. Now i have the CSL elite V2 pedals. With the included springs and elastomers, you have a lot of combinations.
My biggest question as a sim rally driver that has very violent on an off throttle behavior. Which set is the most quiet when dumping the clutch or going from 0%-100%-0% throttle input rapidly?
Rally is a very intensive motorsport. The CSL elite pedals would suit it best. They have dampers at the end of the travel of clutch and accelerator. I would think they are most suited for it.
@Neosphinx thanks! I was considering the csl-e v2, but was worried about the noise and the thought that the pedal shape may not lend itself to heel toe shifting.
@@7MBoosted advanced footwork is not really my thing. But you raise a valid point. For heel toe, i do believe you would need some more configurability for the pedals when it comes to the position of the faces. In that case, the raisers and different pedal faces of the the v3 does give you an edge.
Elite v2s have the best feeling load cell. Ive never felt a loadcell I like the feel of more for unser $600. I legit like them more then the p1000s. The p2000s may be slightly better but the price makes it not warranted to upgrade for me. But if there was any pedal I did upgrade to it is the p2000s. Lol My v2s have never ever gottne triggered by resting my foot on it though. It was the firdt thing I checked due to the older v1s I had that did it. I did the v3s and dont like them close to as much I cant get it to my preference. I love the look but I dont like the brake close to as much.
Yeah the leaning brake is really a non-issue. Can be helped perfect with calibration. The preference of brake-feeling is completely subjective ofcourse. I like my brake a bit squishy 😎
Another very informative comparison 👍 Thanks for sharing this 🙂

That is Italy in BeamNG. I don't think they have it in AC.

@@SimulatedDrivingResource agreed absolutely subjective.
