Why screw the wood subfloor into your nice new metal floor? You are going to introduce a bunch of points for future rust. The wood floor goes under the rear seat and cabinet and they are bolted in holding the floor down.

Nice job mate! I got a 77 camper converted to westfalia, but needs alot of work.. was wondering if i should buy an original pop up roof tent or just measure dimensions and make one??
We used a sheet of White Panel Board from homedepot. Measured a few times, cut it and slid it in with a little bit of patience. It's a really inexpensive way to make a headliner.

It held up fine actually. You can see the conditions of it in one of our newer videos!

The ones in this video were dry rotted old tires. I'm not sure you can still buy white walls for these
