1 tablespoon of Buy Ndudu’s All Purpose Holy Grail Spice blend
1 large Onion
2 Bayleaves
1 teaspoon of Aniseed
30g of Ginger
200ml of water
The peel of half a Lemon
10g of Thyme
1 Scotch Bonnet
Koobi Salt to taste

Great as usual. How do you now really measure quantity of salt with the quantity of meat
The amount of Salt added to any dish is to your personal preference. I reduce the quantity when I’m cooking for someone else. This gives them the option to add more if needed
