Hello very huge fan. I use your channel to attempt to cook for my Nigerian husband. I had a question. Is there any reason why you don’t say your measurements with seasonings? I find myself over seasoning a lot or not seasoning enough and ruining dishes because I’m sure how much to use. Could you possibly reply with measurements ? If not that’s also fine I will still keep trying :)
Thank you for sharing this recipe. ⟟ just bought goat and I’ve never cooked it myself. I’ve eaten it in stew similar to your recipes and it was the best tasting stew I’ve ever had.
Growing up, my parents had a restaurant and they hired those togoles cooks. Those women can cook to snatch one's husband ooo. This stew reminds of their dry stew! Jesus those women can COOK!!
Thank you sister. Wondered if frying the goat meat or not will make a difference to the final flavour/taste? I’ll be adding cow foot and shaki as well. Also do you advice mixing bleached palm oil to the vegetable oil? I suspect that palm oil and goat meat may not work. Your thoughts appreciated.
👏👏👏This stew go Harvard I dey tell you. Although instead throwing away the excess oil, store it in a closed container and use for jollof rice or Spaghetti.

Yes dear I save the excess oil for yam and beans porridge, scrambled eggs or to make soup
