      When coach said you don't feel it in your lungs, you feel it in your shoulders, HE WAS LYING. My legs are fine oddly enough, even though I widened the stance and worked the pendulum a lot but everything else is torn to shreds.
      Sweating like a pig man.... 😂 😂

    This workout was a beast. I've been giving the video a like before I do it, so I have my gloves off. Between this and the 12 rounder the other day...wow. Also, I love how the workouts are structured by scaffolding the punch combos and then the burnout round....spoiling us JT!

    Great workout, Coach. These 30 min ones are my bread and butter because that's as much time as i can count on with my kids.
    Any chance you could do a vid on one of your two channels about reducing telegraphing? I found in this one that I have a tendency, especially when tired, to start the first punch with a comparatively slow motion that gives away what's coming. Would love some tips to help reduce that habit.

    Hi JT really enjoyed the workout. Don't have a heavy bag so I shadowed boxed and still thought it was a good workout. I live in a condo so no place for me to hang a heavy bag but will be getting a punching bob soon.

    This got me super tired at the end. But still did 1Round of the Floyd Mayweather finisher 💪 and some pistol Squats and wide grip pull-ups. But super hard workout, thanks for sharing.

    Cheers JT. Great upload. Would you encorperate body weight exercises between rounds to build up strength and to mix it up a bit ? Myself I do 3 minutes on the bag, 2 minutes rest with 30 press ups then 3 minutes on my mini trampoline, 2 minutes rest with 30 press ups. Thats 1 set and I'll do 5 of these so its keeping it fresh and mixing it up . Also wearing 1kg ankle weights. Sometimes chuck some navy seals in. Whats best for boxing training. I've done a few videos myself on boxing fitness but would be great to get some proper advice 👍

      Yes I would do them separately though like a circuit. You could aspire to Iron Wolf style workouts on separate days.

      About 70lbs or more is good. Less than that and it moves around too much

    You know all there is to know about fighting, so there's no sense us going down that same old road again.... So, what we'll be calling on is good ol' fashion blunt force trauma. Horsepower. Heavy-duty, cast-iron, piledriving punches that will have to hurt so much they'll rattle his ancestors. Every time you hit him with a shot, it's gotta feel like he tried kissing the express train. [cracks neck] Yeah! Let's start building some hurtin' bombs!

      I agree! The problem is that the royalty free music is kinda crap, to get some good beats/music it costs. But sooner rather than later I'll pick up a few good tracks.

      Got a question, please. Can you explain how the L shovel hook and the normal L uppercut should be different? There’s a solid video I found on the 8 punch numbers, but it didn’t mention the shovel hook (which seems to me to be a variation). Thanks!

      P. P. S. Your commentary about doing workouts to wake up the body and feel more alive is so true. I love it. The natural endorphins, the conquering of the workout, the disciplining and strengthening of one’s body, the increased blood flow, and more. It’s all there! Good stuff.

    500th like hut n done out bk at 9pm in half darkness cldnt c my numbers but bags silver killed it liked the 8 7 8 3 (very canelo like) great wee wrk out on my recovery day am gettin new gear 2moro(stand up bag(spring) ) plus small focus pads and big mma stlye kick pads all free as pal no needin them n moving hse av dun favoyrs so was keen to keep slick for 2moro testing my gear n bringing my older bench n bar n dumbells GF bk garden full a stuff av made r aquired spend £110 n thats 2 2headguards 4gummys 2 16oz gloves wraps etc my ring slip bags dble end bag slip lines 13ft ring all DIY n cost ten pound lol uv insspired it n kids r commin learnin n woman no men😨😨n scotland cld get sumone to stab sumone b4 sparrin lol crazy man thanks
