This channel has roundly invalidated all my prejudices about rock band drummers AND UA-cam pilots. Also to add to the notes of praise... this, alongside the very different but venerable and prolific Dick Rochfort, is the best PA46 content on UA-cam hands down. Seeing how you turbine guys actually use the airplane in real life is awesome, and hard to find. PIper should give you an M600.
You are TOO kind!!!! THANK YOU and thanks for reaching out! So glad youre enjoying these. It is comments like this that give me the inspiration to make these.
Jon, very glad you're back in the air, performing, and posting videos! Clearly one of the very best aviation channels, and my personal favorite. Thanks! Wayne
Welcome back Jon; we've missed you! Great flight and music (you can pass along re: faders -- up is loud, down is soft :) Thanks again for the ride along. Always a pleasure!
Thank you! I've missed doing these, so it's been nice being back in the youtube saddle. Yeah, Dan is pretty much a genius. A big aviation fanatic as well - his father owns a Mooney.
Good to see you back online! At times I've seen you on flightradar, but it's so much better to hear why you're doing what. Keep up the good work and stay healthy! Greetings from Hamburg
Fantastic! Yeah - if I could vlog about all my flights, I would have been much more prolific over the last several months. Anyway, thanks again and thanks for watching.
Nice Jon. Some semblance of normalcy taking shape. Hopefully by ski season you’re back in full swing! Looking forward to watching the journey briefing.
So nice to see you back, blue skies old chum :). Great vid, flight and wx dodging. Pleased the shows are going well and the fans have something to cheer about. Cheers.
Glad to have you back and healthy! KCDW became very familiar to me as I just began my flight training at Airfleet. Perhaps one day I'll be lucky to meet you and get a chance to see Meridian or the RV-8. Thank you for your great content! Looking forward to the next video!
Thank you! And yes, lets find a time (when all the runways are up and running) when we are both out there and I'll give you the tour. Im down by twy C.
@@lifeinthefl94 I'll be at KCDW tomorrow for training between 10am-2pm. Will you by any chance be there as well? Would love to stop by and say Hi... Also, do you know of good old-school CFI with an aircraft based at our field? Having doubts of the quality of training in my current school... Thank you!
@@isaacmiller5481 Hey there! Unfortunately, Im away this week. Back this weekend for a week and then away again. Also, not really plugged into the CFI/flight school scene there anymore... I have to go to Boston or Florida for recurrency/BFR these days. If I hear of anyone good, Ill pass it on. Have a great Thanksgiving!
Great to see ya back - as a private pilot working on my instrument I really get a lot out of your deep dives into wxr - question about our sheepskin seat covers - where did you get them ? - I just got them for my 172 - it seems like I sweat more and they hold the heat much longer than the bare seats - Im kinda disappointed - maybe I need a different brand ( ?? ) looking forward to more vids -
Thank you! Glad you're enjoying them. The sheepskins came with the plane when I bought it a few years ago, so couldn't direct you to where to get them. I like them. The Meridian has pretty good A/C which helps.
I grew up in Derry. Glad to see the Tuppelo is managing to hang on. Enjoyed the night flying too. Thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it
What a gorgeous plane! And to fly for music as well...I can only dream!
Thank you!
Great to see you and the guys again!
Thank you!
Another great video ,

Life in the FL at the 10:30 mark. But I spoke too soon as you used them in the rest of the video 😆
Would like to reach you about a music project.
