Especially those who have struggled to get where the Trans community is today- did all the work only to have so many Johnny (deadname)-come-lately's showing up for the victory parade. Seems to me the kids who will consider this all "a phase" they went through are telling the lifetime Trans people how things are. Infuriating.

To be fair, it isnt her audience that is thd problem. Its a specific group of people on twitter. If u look at those angry tweets and the profiles of the people who made them, they are not contrapoints supporters but individuals that are very angry and purely post tweets lashing out at pretty much anyone. The difference between the comments she receives on twitter vs youtube pretty much sums it up

This is sad. I have right wing friends who are further right than myself and I'm pretty right wing to the point where Head's of State should never be elected, God Save the Queen.
I liked the production values on her videos, and agreed with SOME of them strongly disagreed with others. But my friends and I all agreed that we like the fact that Contrapoints existed. She represented an articulate position that didn't talk down to people. We need discourse.
