Beekeeping is a fun and rewarding hobby, but there are a lot of complexities with it. It is not all rainbows and unicorns and I would be doing all of you a disservice if I made you think it was going to be easy. It will be a part time job for you for about six months out of every year and you have to be an active participant. Well said. I mention why not to get into beekeeping almost as soon as someone mentions they're interested, it can be riddled with obstacles and you can get your butt handed to you very quickly
