Chef Lau I wish the local Chinese takeout food services would watch your instructional videos. I grew up in NYC. We visited Chinatown and ate many authentic Cantonese Szechuan Mandarin meals . Locally in Connecticut it is a gamble as to which place serves the best of something we like. I am a subscriber and enjoy Chef Laus simple hands on practical approach to foundational Chinese cooking skills and the resulting dishes. Where to buy this kind of noodles? What is it called? Lo Mein right? But how about in English packaging if its in the grocery?
Do you have to add oyster sauce
We called this hakka noodles in india its so much similar to this, this one has oyster sauce in it and hakka noodles does not instead it has hot red and green chili sauce in it 🍜🍜
I don't even make it with slurry...ill try that next time even though I already like my lo mein the way it is but it doesn't hurt trying haha
