After all, even accepting monkey body as better does not in itself negate the claim that human body is a work of art. Of course you may refuse work of art praise for various reasons but a comparison with monkey body, in this context, plays no role.

    I love the squishy sounds. After every time I work out, I put a stethoscope to my biceps hoping I'll hear those squishy sounds as my cells work to repair my muscle fibers. It excites me.

    We have a huge world living inside each one of us, yet we keep discriminating against each other and being racist against each other. Watching biology videos like this and how the body cells work with each other and help each other despite their differences shows me how oblivious we are and how far away from being awake we are.

      During the workout your muscle fiber break and tear when you sleep they repair and grow bigger and stronger whytout damage your muscle dont need to grow stronger and reduces the amount of nutrients ti the muscle whytout rest your muscle remain damaged until you rest

    You should really create a Udemy Course for Medical Students. The quality of this video and it's explanations are incredible top notch.
    For today's standards, online classes are becoming more valuable than with just a Zoom class because most teachers are trained to teach on a presentation like class rather than a visual like 3D and by section in more explained way.

    A flawless creation.
    I don't understand how people believe all these things happened out of coincidence and mutation and evolution.
    Like, even when we look at a simple painting we know someone must have drawn it. It can't be out of coincidence you know it has a painter, yet people see the flawless order in our body, our universe and all the other stuff, they believe it wasn't created by someone.
    Every artwork has an artist.

      Well actually, a hell of a lot more is going on including the production of individual organelle such as mitochondria from protein printing out of amino acids inside organelles, mitochondria producing self-assembling lipid membranes, the electron transport chain in the mitochondria, fusion cell surface receptors, nuclear hormone receptors, other immune cells, vaso-dilation and contraction, nerve signals, and changes to epigenetics, activation of proteins that receive signalling metabolites, and so forth. It is layers upon layers upon layers of complexity.

    So what comes from it? Any info of how to prevent declining at old age? Should we train more for bigger muscles to prevent decline of their numbers during aging or instead train less to prevent damadging of muscles. Great job but I would like to see some conclusions.

    After a heavy workout my pectoral and triceps hurt meaning some of the fibers are still torn so it will take a long time to regenerate the fully torn fibers and the damaged fibers
