this flash drive got snapped when it was flexed in the USB port. Needless to say, a flash drive needs the connector to be attached in order to work. I promised myself not to post simple cases like connector repairs on this channel anymore; however, not everybody knows that there 2 different types of 9pin USB3.0 connectors out there that look nearly identical. Improper reconnection can kill the device futher. Highlighting this fact can help others avoid an unpleasant surprise of a VCC short to ground. I have same issue with usb 3.0 that was wrong power (because of short on cardreader) but usb 2.0 was still able to work (sometimes :) ). So i buy controller and change it, after that usb 3.0 and 2.0 both able to work. It was interesting experience (have video about it on my channel)
Still working from home eh?! Great video though! Didn't know about that for some of the 3.0 connectors.
Shop runs independently, and I go there to make sure everything runs smoothly few times a week. But I film my own cases at my lab (after all it's probably the most equipped lab if square footage is compared :)

I have hp Pendrive It. Show some write protected error I saw lot of videos nothing used pls tell tell me how to remove that. I try cmd methods and register key and some tiny software all the things not working.

Same thing happened to me when I tried to piggyback power for a tiny fan off a USB 3.1 flash drive. I’m wondering if there is a fuse that blows if something happens to the board.
Hey can you make a video showing how to recover data on a raid 0 without knowing any of the offsets or block size using R-Studio?
We use RAID PC3000, winhex and UFS explorer for those tasks. But there are automatic tools for simple RAID builds that can calculate configs for you. There is one made by ReclaiMe that works good
Stabilizer can also be forced to 2.0.

Привет , вопрос - у меня есть три самсунга ево 850 , 1 тер пропадает в биосе иногда виделся в системе и смарт был 100 процентов , но всё равно он не определяется , я пропаял чипы и ничего не изменилось , он просто не определяется , но если замкнуть ром моде - висит при загрузке биоса и то же не определяется . Понятно что аси у меня нет , можно как то реанимировать в моих условиях ? На оем самсунг ничего нет в свободном доступе , но может ты подскажешь что можно сделать . И ещё - самсунг ево 850 512 гиг , оставалось 5 процентов жизни и он выставил бит блокировки на запись , можно ли и с ним что то сделать ?

They format different. Any tool that can recovery via NAND and build by block sequence should be good. There is no software
