Perso j'utilise du bruit blanc additionné de sons aléatoires mais ce bruit blanc est mal résolu. Bref peut mieux faire. Le mélange onde alpha / bruit aléatoire / bruit blanc est des plus efficace à mon sens car trop distrayant pour l'esprit pour se focaliser sur la fréquence de l'acouphène
