yes you can cross oceans, more than 51 built from 1997-2014 many of them crossed the Atlantic and been in very bad weather, sadly most of those who comment here never been on a boat before yet for some reason they give their opinion, ask current or former owners and you will be amazed what those little *ships* can do
muumoo111 ..size is not the determining factor to ocean cruising...it has more to do with hull design, engineering, quality of equipment, fuel capacity and above all, ocean sailing experience. Years ago, I owned a little English built 17 foot sloop, a model that crossed the Atlantic Ocean sailed by some crazy German sailor....cheers🍷

Wouldn’t be a wise thing, it’s a very good craft, but it’s meant more for coastal cruising and semi sheltered waters.
