I am listening to this now working for a carpet cleaning company right now. I sometimes imagine if something like this tried to be pulled on us. I am a 22 year old man, but we all go to jobs in 2 man teams, never alone. We are all in shape and are not easy targets, so I am really feeling for this 22 year old female doing this job by herself. Really messed up how this is allowed.
She should have known to use her brain.... Working a job like that is itself quite risky for a 22 year old female and on top of that she even agreed to go into the basement.. if i were a 22 year old girl i wouldn't even be working a job like that and would rather be begging on the street

All depends on the time of day and how easy of a target you appear to another person. No one has ever tried to attack me being a large male, but if I were a small women maybe I would have been.
The story really doesn't line up with what we know of her though. She went after older men that bought her service as a prostitute, she didn't went out of her way to find younger men in remote locations like this.

Her own father was a convicted child rapist and by 11 she was engaging in sexual acts with her brother, while being abused by her grandfather who was her primary caregiver at the time. That severe trauma combined with schizophrenia in her family would be my best guess at a motive. I’m always cautious of victim shaming, particularly when our only evidence comes from the person that killed them.

When I was in my teens my family went on a camping vacation to Southern California. We were at a camp site that was a couple hundred yards from the beach, there was a small trail that led there. We wake up one morning and are having breakfast when we see a guy walking towards us on the trail. He walks up and asks "Did you hear about the murder?" We hadn't heard anything about any murder so this guy starts telling us about a woman on the beach who was murdered earlier that morning. He then started giving details (stabbed, how many times she was stabbed, her name) that there was no way a casual observer would have known. My entire family was creeped out but didn't react to what he was telling us. He eventually left. About 5 minutes later the police are running up the trail towards us and yelling if we had seen someone exactly like the guy who had stopped. We just pointed in the direction the guy had gone. Ten minutes later we hear a barrage of gunfire and more cops than I had ever seen showed up. They took statements from all of us. My dad didn't want us to freak out and ruin our vacation so he waited to tell us that the guy who told us about the murder was the killer, the cops had told him the whole thing about catching him and having to shoot him. Scary world sometimes.

If you’re spending so much money on a wedding that you can’t afford a months rent afterward, you need to rethink your plans. Courthouse weddings are free. The guy could have easily avoided living downstairs from that psychopath.
The first story jarred my memory of coming face to face with Warnous. Twice! My husband and I took our kids to his parents home in Florida for a two week vacation. We packed a lunch and headed out to Blue Nose Springs. As we were walking into the park I noticed two women coming towards us. My husband and his father were walking together, I brought up the rear. The eyes got me! Eileen and her girlfriend walked passed us, as she did I got a good look at her eyes… like a sharks eyes. Empty and dead…as she passed my husband, I looked her straight in the eyes. I turned around as she passed us and she looked back at the same time… she sneered at me… gave me chills! The next day we went to another park and she was there again, just staring at my husband… I told him about her and he said he got a good look at her and said she had shark eyes. A few months later I saw her on the news, they confirmed she was at the same park we were on the same day… still gives me chills to recall that encounter.

I’m so glad the woman in the last story made it out, I kept thinking “if you know it’s a red flag, customer service conditioned or not, YOU GET OUT OF THERE!” Just politely tell the man you did the job you were sent for and if he really wanted the basement cleaned he could put in a request for that. Then when you leave, notify your boss and then quit.

Just subscribed a few days ago, I'm watching in the daytime from now on, I watched some of these at 430 or 5am after my wife leaves for the train for work, between the scary music and the story while it was still dark,it freaked me out, I had to turn it off and watch paw patrol lol good stuff my man 👍
I know it was a serious situation in the second story but the idea of the old guy just randomly running down the stairs, out the front door, trying to decide what random direction to run in, and was finally captured over an hour later, still running is killing me 😂
That third story sounds COMPLETELY made up. There are too many plot holes. If a person asks if you're being tracked by a device, they're not likely to try something if you confirm that it does. Why would she call her boss "THE NEXT DAY"? Why is everything AFTER her experience foggy? Why wasn't the police ever contacted? She just told the boss the next day what happened and then quit. No questions asked, boss's equipment left behind, no story about if the boss or anyone retrieved the equipment later on when she told the boss about the story. It doesn't make sense and I'm not buying it.
What people do and don't do in situations like this is different to what you may say ...it's easy to say oh id just do this or say this but in actual events you don't know if you would or not nobody dose
It's crazy how much of an ultimate deal breaker it is to not be perfectly comfortable with the narrator. I am with the narrator here. Content is up there with those other people.

A couple minites in to story #1, as soon as he said freeway and Florida, I knew it had to be Eilene Whornos. After hearing the other 2 stories, and previous instances, with all of the mythical monsters available in movies, books, etc, humans are the worst monsters of all...
I must say that I don't blame Manager Jeff for not wanting to give Aileen Wuornos a ride anywhere. She was scary long before she was caught and long before anyone knew how dangerous she was.

The first story has the woman right next to the interstate on a phone call. Was there a pay phone? I doubt Aileen would have been able to afford a cell phone in the 90s, when practically nobody had one. And the car pulls up in 2 minutes, implying that person also had one. Bullshit.

I knew right off the bat the first story was Aileen Wuornos. I could have sworn I've heard this story before on another horror channel, but in that story it was a father and son in a gas station, not a 14yr old kid and his manager.

If you’re spending so much money on a wedding that you can’t afford a months rent afterward, you need to rethink your plans. Courthouse weddings are free. The guy could have easily avoided living downstairs from that psychopath.

The first story jarred my memory of coming face to face with Warnous. Twice! My husband and I took our kids to his parents home in Florida for a two week vacation. We packed a lunch and headed out to Blue Nose Springs. As we were walking into the park I noticed two women coming towards us. My husband and his father were walking together, I brought up the rear. The eyes got me! Eileen and her girlfriend walked passed us, as she did I got a good look at her eyes… like a sharks eyes. Empty and dead…as she passed my husband, I looked her straight in the eyes. I turned around as she passed us and she looked back at the same time… she sneered at me… gave me chills! The next day we went to another park and she was there again, just staring at my husband… I told him about her and he said he got a good look at her and said she had shark eyes. A few months later I saw her on the news, they confirmed she was at the same park we were on the same day… still gives me chills to recall that encounter.

I’m so glad the woman in the last story made it out, I kept thinking “if you know it’s a red flag, customer service conditioned or not, YOU GET OUT OF THERE!” Just politely tell the man you did the job you were sent for and if he really wanted the basement cleaned he could put in a request for that. Then when you leave, notify your boss and then quit.
How the hell was Aileen Wournos “on a phone call” in the parking lot in the 80s? Unless it was at a pay phone which there was no mention of, I call bull shit.

The last story, he's a serial murderer who films all of the murders and goes down to the basement to rewatch them. That's my best guess.

I know it was a serious situation in the second story but the idea of the old guy just randomly running down the stairs, out the front door, trying to decide what random direction to run in, and was finally captured over an hour later, still running is killing me 😂

That third story sounds COMPLETELY made up. There are too many plot holes. If a person asks if you're being tracked by a device, they're not likely to try something if you confirm that it does. Why would she call her boss "THE NEXT DAY"? Why is everything AFTER her experience foggy? Why wasn't the police ever contacted? She just told the boss the next day what happened and then quit. No questions asked, boss's equipment left behind, no story about if the boss or anyone retrieved the equipment later on when she told the boss about the story.
It doesn't make sense and I'm not buying it.
But it is still bone chilling since it do happened in real life. No wonder now man work in pair when working.
What people do and don't do in situations like this is different to what you may say ...it's easy to say oh id just do this or say this but in actual events you don't know if you would or not nobody dose
Gosh, the third story is creepy af! Hell I wouldnt even go down the basement, hell I'll rather get fired than chopped in pieces and put in freezer
It's crazy how much of an ultimate deal breaker it is to not be perfectly comfortable with the narrator. I am with the narrator here. Content is up there with those other people.

A couple minites in to story #1, as soon as he said freeway and Florida, I knew it had to be Eilene Whornos. After hearing the other 2 stories, and previous instances, with all of the mythical monsters available in movies, books, etc, humans are the worst monsters of all...
I must say that I don't blame Manager Jeff for not wanting to give Aileen Wuornos a ride anywhere. She was scary long before she was caught and long before anyone knew how dangerous she was.
Didn't Aileen wuornos only kill her client's she wasn't interested in killing men who weren't her client's

I've heard the first story told several different ways. Mr ballen told this same story. It was a dad who worked there and brought his son to work with him.

The first story has the woman right next to the interstate on a phone call. Was there a pay phone? I doubt Aileen would have been able to afford a cell phone in the 90s, when practically nobody had one. And the car pulls up in 2 minutes, implying that person also had one. Bullshit.
