    You can use cheap fish roe. This way you can cook a healthy breakfast full of Omega-3 and vitamin D.
    Fish roe are some of the very few aliments that contain vitamin D.
    I used fresh water bream roe but you can use any kind of cheap roe.
    I like to serve this omelette with a rocket and cherry tomatoes salad with some olive oil and lemon juice.
    Ingredients:
    - 300 g cheap fish roe
    - 3 eggs
    - some greens (spring inions, dill or parsley)
    - 1 tbsp olive oil
    - your favourite salad
