Got my hands on a 2022 L, really good car, hand Ebrake, key starter, good ac, quiet and very comfortable, basic wheels with covers are better for cleaning and to add more, they are lighter
I just bought a 2020 LE in Barcelona red metallic with the LE premium package including the moonroof, push to start smart key system, and the BSM. I’m already loving it!!
All COROLLAS looks beautiful to me. I choose the 2021 Celestite color LE and the car has been working incredibly well during the 15 months I've owned with all the features included. The only thing I miss from my old Hyundai Elantra 2002, is the vision at front. Why? Because, when driving, always that I must see to the left front side and make a turn, I think that the windshield is too narrow and interfere with your vision field, so don't allow watch at the front at quick maneuvers. I haven't finished knowing my COROLLA, but I will very soon because worth it. Thank you for the video is very helpful.
@@brettfriedman587 I agree that's the biggest problem I find with my L. I talked to an ex-salesman for Toyota and he told me it is possible to get the unit and put it on after market but he said it's expensive and he didn't remember where to get it. I wish I could find a source.

L. I prefer smaller wheels. Better ride, cheaper tires. I only wish they offered a super stripped model like the CE a few gens ago and at a manual on this L trim.
Keyless entry and 16 inch wheels are worth buying LE, I just traded my silver LE just like this one for a super white SE with 2.0, this car has way more power than the SE, I beat a V6 Challenger light to light easily ,,,twice!
Already got a quote on an L but hadn't realized it has no remote unlock fob. The screen I could do without, entirely. It's ugly and already looks dated. Heated mirrors would be nice. I prefer the 15" wheels. But that FOB issue means I have to tell the dealer I'm going to find an LE instead.

I purchased a 2021 L model for my daughter. When I realized it didn’t have remote key I exchanged it for fir an LE. The adaptive cruise and safety sense is amazing, but shame on Toyota for making a car with no keyless entry.
planning on getting the 2022 Corolla L model. How much would I be paying to get the key fob for it, and will there be any limitations for the programmed fob?
Why was that LE made in Mississippi but the other L I think it was was made in Japan?? I want to get a Corolla XSE made in Japan!? I went to Longo Toyota here in CA and it looked like all were made in the states..which ones are made in Japan? Any advice?
I would buy the LE. I mean $450 price difference is about 2 extra car payments. If there's one thing I learned over the past 10-20 years in buying cars, if you're buying one, buy it how you want it. Unless you're really strapped for cash, buy it how you want it (ie. get cruise control, power windows, keyless entry, etc). I do have to say that for a $450 price difference, Toyota should just drop the L and keep the LE model as the "base" model. I mean to remove the digital temperature read-out and not give it remote keyless entry (both of which are easy and cheap things to include that might cost Toyota another $100 combined) makes no sense to me. It's like they designed the LE and then gimped it to make the L, so they could charge slightly less. In this case, just get the LE.
In researching the Corolla to possibly buy a 2021 model, I learned that there are two types of white paint available: Super White and “Fleet White”. Retail customers can’t request Fleet White, but presumably bulk purchasers can. I figure the L is made for those fleets: delivery workers, home health, beer and wine reps, etc. In fact, I bet it only comes with a touchscreen stereo because the screen is a requirement for the backup camera.
