In the 70's and early 80's , McDonalds was full of normal people and 'middle class' kids parties. it was relatively pricey then and kept the scum away. The price point changed late 1980's and it became poor quality.For the lower orders !

I remember when McDonald's opened in our town the strawberry milkshake was fantastic. Big mac meals was awesome we really enjoyed it as a treat. My mum use to buy us milkshakes when we were at school and we had them when we got home. We ran home from school ...Great days.

The best, in the 80's, was Oliver's. It was like dying and going to Sandwich heaven.

Does look nice doesn't it and the standard has gone down in those days it was a treat now it's just well nothing special about it at all wimpy was lovely i miss that it was waitress service and it wasmt fast food you had to wait but boy was it worth it i have recreated at home and results weren't bad have to say

I’d hazard a guess that the styrofoam burger boxes taste better than the actual McDonalds burgers nowadays. Remember the sausage and egg muffin from about 25 years ago before the salt and sugar police got hold of if…a beautiful beautiful thing as opposed to the tasteless offering of nowadays.

There are often people asking where the sound is on these kind of clips. They would probably have originally been recorded by private/amateur film makers on cine cameras, where there were pictures but no audio.
