Those oppressors man...same with my tae- kon- do..I had lost interest bcoz by body had similar issue, got normal in 1 week, and judt dropped the martial arts thing.
See like I would call this clickbait just because of the thumbnails and “camera focus” but honestly the dude gives incredible advice for most things with the human anatomy
Can’t get enough of this drilling into me that the faber test (my left leg is severely restricted), followed by hip mobility exercises may be the path toward freedom from knee pain. These videos should be my morning alarm
I've never struggled with side splits, but can't do middle splits for the life of me (even in my dancing days) - Would love stretches for middle splits ❤🌻🌈
I had the same problem when I was in cheer. I could get my legs down really far when we did middle split stretches on the wall (think spread eagles), my hips would always dislocate slightly, and it didn’t hurt until we had to get up, but when right side up, my legs wouldn’t open up as far. I think the two main factors into achieving the middle splits is the position/rotation of your hips and hip anatomy. Since I had the partial dislocation I think my main problem was my hip anatomy (including how the ball and socket joint of the femur fit into the pelvic bone), and that unfortunately can’t be fixed.
I think Dr. Mike said in a recent video foam does good as nothing. Increases a circulation a little but it does not stretch the muscles(as many would believe), as we can see above.
Foam rollers are to address knots/lactic acid buildup throughout the body to aid in less tightness prior to stretching. Same thing the masssue does when they give a massage. Foam rolling is called SMFR -self myofacial(tissue)release.
Simmer down bro, her tiktok video showed it for longer but this guy is posting a short which is 1 minute max and has to get his point across so he shortens it. Try critical thinking next time, it comes in clutch. Also they’re not complicated stretches and you can pause the vid.
I can't do a full split but I know what you are talking about. My hip imbalance is a nightmare so is this the order. (1) The kettle bell thingy (2) clam shell (3) leg kick backs?
Not sure if you are talking about the first video or Squat university's bit however if it's the first practicing for 10/15 mins a day should help. Taking breaks are also important so depending on your lifestyle you could split those break days up or have them on a weekend for instance. Split Training can take a while depending on your ability at beginning. There are many exercises you can do for split training but the ones she is doing are a good start.
I need to see those stretches for more than 1 second smh , I'm struggling with correct body position and correct position for my back foot for the front splits
Hi. I’m from Kerala, India. I have Erb’s palsy. I’m working out regularly. For upper body, I’m following a plan given by my Physiotherapist. But my shoulders are still slow to learn. Basically, shoulder mobility is the main issue I face while working out. Can I contact you through e-mail or a zoom call for advice?
If you are serious about it then everyday for a bit is good place to start. With anything though rest days are also important so make sure you get them also. In time your body will adapt to those muscles being stretched so training can be switched up depending on your lifestyle.
‼️⭐PLEASE create more content for dancers, gymnasts, and other hypermobile/flexible people. Bonus points if you have anything for hEDS. THANK YOU, SQUAT U!!
Thank you. Would wish you had a couple seconds longer video for the stretches the initial woman did. Went too fast :) Thank you. I eagerly watch your videos
@@nintendoborn seems like you're the one who failed biology 🤣🤣🤣 , having 🍒 doesn't prevent you from doing the splits in fact if you understand biology & the difference in male & female hip position you'd know that since men have narrow hips they naturally open up a little less than women so to prevent & reduce the risk of groin injury it would be advantageous for men to actually learn the splits 🤡.
Shout out @brittanycatesfitness for the opening stitched video!

Yes.. indeed.. brother.

@@testthisfordecficiencies☝️🤓 ahh comment dude is trying to be different for what 😂
If only my old dance teachers did this instead of just sitting on our backs to force us down
Right!!!!😢

Never been able to do a split despite how deeply i can hit those other stretches. This is the best advice I've ever seen

Ok same same it hurts so bad😢 I can BARELY get pst 90 deg middle splits but get almost 180 otherwise!

This channel has helped me so much...kudos.

Foam is just for relief of tightness, no stretching. 😊

TikTok has ruined video editing. It would make way more sense to show the stretch for more than 1 second. But no. TikTok editing hits again
hate to say it but people watch for the hot girl not the stretches.
That’s their way of getting paid and appealing to the audience / consumers attention spans sadly lol

5 repetitions of 5 seconds each

I have the exact same issue. What causes this imbalance?
Im struggling with my front splits. Any suggestions?
the first girl’s split technique hurts my eyes, straighten the back leg 😭😭😭
Quick question: does hip mobility help with squaring your hips during the splits? I can square my hips on my right splits but not my left splits

I have a question: you have to do this routine everytime you want to do a split or with time you body adapts and you don't need to do that ?

@Henrikecesar You should do all those stretches plus the front splits 5 day a week and take rest days
