Aside from the swimming pool being underwhelming ( my opinion ) the house itself is genuinely beautiful. LOVED the tinted glass windows for extra privacy, many homes in Ghana are missing this element. As soon as the doors opened, the overall spacing and interior brought a smile to my face. Also your presentation Doksimon really made this enjoyable to watch, the offers should be flooding in!

I'm noticing that walk in closets are not common here but stand alone wardrobes. So refreshing to see the walk in closet in the master.

Opulence at its most ostentatious! Fabulous house, no doubt about that. Small quibble, though. Does any person really hanker after a see-through bathroom? Doesn't matter how much I adore my baby, I still want to do my business in private, and so does she! Other than that, blessed be the person who is able to acquire this property.

Great house, but still don't understand why Gh 🇬🇭 developers seem to have no interest in including greenery & landscaping to such properties. Tropical region & they just put cement everywhere, look up houses with similar price tags in SA 🇿🇦 & the difference is astonishing!

Fabulous makes some of our homes in nija look very basic... finishing is at a very high standard ,,, only down sid is the pool its quite small for the space available.. am taking its just to sit in and not swim.... but overall i love it

That’s not a pool pls! Call it what it is - a pond. But they charge for a pool. Disappointing. The other part of the house good. I still don’t understand the double kitchens. That’s king of a waste of space though.

It’s a very beautiful home! The major problem that makes me uninterested is that the homes are situated TOO CLOSE to each other, and the pool is in the front yard next to the car parking space. If your neighbor farted loud, you could can hear it. I don’t want folks all up in my business like that. A pool belongs in the back yard with lots of space for a garden, family gatherings and private parties. I’m sure someone will buy it, but I’m still not willing to pay that price for a home in a developing country.

The first time I saw a bedroom as big as a house was in a small mining city in Zambia called solwezi you would never think a luxurious house can be in such a underdeveloped city like solwezi this is way back in 2015 I don't know how it looks like now but I went to his house to conclude business and his bedroom shocked me he had a jakuzi in his bathroom it was massive bought all his stuff from South Africa this bedroom is almost as big damn I would be stressed living in such a bedroom
the pool looks more like a bathtub considering the size.

Great presentation. You make the videos entertaining to watch. The house is beautiful, but for me it's overwhelming. I feel the spaces in the house was not well used. Probablly they could have cut back on sone of the wide spaces so that the house would sit on a smaller land and then use the rest of the house for a bigger pool and entertaining area outside. My thoughts though. Nice videeo boss. Kudos to your camera man. He has the most steady hands i've seen without a gimble 😃😃😃

Master bedroom bathroom 😔 14:10 on the right of the shower screen holder there is a hole in the wall. They can fix the hole 2 things ways. 1. hid it 😅. Remove the shower screen and holder. Repair the wall first. lets it dry. Place the holder over the 2 fix hole drill new hole. fix everything. You dont see anything 😂😂😂. 2. 😔🥵 remove the tile and replace it. That one will look ugly 😂😂😂..

Amazing job , is there a reason most west Afrcan neighborhood doesn’t have a lot of greenery ? I’m a African American so I’m not very familiar.
It’s nicely finished home however the price point is too high. I’m building a high spec home for a fraction of this cost. Few things I note on here is the spot light above the shower (needs attention moving). Also the glazed partition to master bathroom is not full height which would cause moisture damage to furnitures over time. That aside the general finish is nice.

The house is beautiful but After you hit 50yrs that master bedroom will be so hard to get into due to the 3 level stairs ,unless u install a mini elevator

My problem with this house is the 1.swimming 🏊♀️ pool is not nice it doesn’t suet the house
2. The master bedroom bath shouldn’t be that transparent glass at list tinted
3. The size of the land should at list be 50x100 so that at list it will give more space for the family living room on the first floor and also give the pool 🏊♀️ better design
4. The guy’s house is so small
