Beautiful, luxurious home! It would look more beautiful and luxurious with palm trees and flowering bushes outside in the corners and on the perimeter of the home. Love the Owner's Suite! I would prefer the Owners' Suite to have dual sinks and enclosed toilet (with exhaust fan) and bidet or spray. I was surprised to see that the kitchen (though well appointed) and dining area were so small in comparison with other spaces. Excellent presentation!

Absolutely beautiful. Would have added another touch with some natural landscape. All the same, I love the waterfall feature and the ambience it provides. A little tip for future developments tho...depending on the degree of protection (earthing) of the electric fencewall, it may be prudent to avoid direct contact of the water feeding the fountain from the external walls. This one is very good because of the car garage space and induction cooking kitchen unfortunately, is missing the water tank and solar panels on the top roof and again mosquitoes nets around the doors and windows. I like it. I will visit Ghana soon.

We will get there gradually, the roads are supposed to be done by the government. Even if you want to do them as a private man, the permits you’re supposed to obtain and all makes it difficult. Sometimes when you get the permits too, you’ve to add it to the construction cost and so there are a lot of factors to consider. But hey, great point

You will regret one day, my best advice is to get an architect or our architect can get you a house design. This is a two floor structure , attention to detail is very important.
