OG anime recommendations appreciated!
Bro, please tell me you have watched this now and the 2005 remake? If you're old school you need to watch it, it's all on UA-cam, if you have, what do you think?
>fires energy slash
>cuts off monter's entire arm
Damn I missed
You should have aimed for the head.
Really is!! Nostalgia right there.
The guyver was my first anime I watched when I was 5 years old in 98. Me and my dad rented the series at Hollywood video and the movie good times.
Murikami turning into The Ultimate Badass... still awesome since '92.
Zetman reminds me of a modernized take on The Guyver, as the sci-fi actioner. Both Awesome!
be a great cross over honestly
Godddam I miss The Guyver! 💪👊
Guyver III after the fight was over. "You, journalist, too strong, explain now"
I miss old school. I first watched youtube 13 years ago. I am in high school.
The berserk eclipse will always be best :)
I see you're a fellow passenger of the b o a t as well. keep up the clang work.
From what I was able to last read with the Manga, this character becomes EEEEEEVIL...maybe...crazy how the manga series works and is still continuing today :P
not gonna lie I read that like mermaidman
Yeah only because of Archanfel but he begins to rethink sides later
These old school transformation scenes were way better than the new ones
i grew up on this, so amazing
Another great episode of: “weird obscure things from my youtube recommendations”
Why couldn't they make more seasons, the Manga is still on going, they have enough for more 😔
I think just like how Netflix was able to bring Devilman into the spotlight with a super dark story they can do the same to The Guyver.
I wish they made anime like this again
Anime used to be badass. Nowadays shonens feel like slice of life or are just a shell to contain fanservice.
Stanislav Kobezkyi to be fair that's just specifically shonen animes there are much better animes that dont belong to shonen. However hunter x hunter and MHA are probably the beat shines ever
Yeah One piece and Fairy tail are full of fan service.
Lmaoo and it also prompts pedophilia (no really prompts but it seems to happen in most animes)
>implying slice of life can't be good
Learn to Welcome to the NHK you uncultured swine.
is just the stupid harem the "all" guys want
I miss this anime style
It took 9 years, but UA-cam recommended finally got it right
Murakami is a freakin badass.
He looks like a guyver himself almost
Better animation than most animes nowadays.
Ahhh. Good Old Day's.
I wish they’d go back to these OG anime that need a proper ending. Because even the 2000s version of this ended on a cliffhanger. It’s like the animes that force you to read the manga to get closure.
In my opinion the best old school anime is Hokuto no Ken.
thank you!!!
+Zan you must be kidding..
I like when people doubt YOUR OPINION
*****
Nope, not kidding.
Facts, so amazing loved every second of it.
"Shit! I missed it"
haha!!
In darkest day, in darkest night, no evil shall escape my sight
A series that never gets finished and that has been rebooted more times then I can remember it should be a franchise yet it stays so neglected!
Thumbnail looks like a Fusion between Vegeta and frieza
Good old Guyver, the animation and art really suffered during this arc, the first arc was epic.
This episode and the one after it slightly redeemed it
@@harrydrake4173it really felt like they had to save the budget for the last fight which paid off because aptom's transformations were fucking epic
To this day, Guyver is still one of the most underrated action films ever made
Wow he became Freeza
reminds me of friezas brother
Harsh Gadley Yeah lol, I thought it was cooler at first too
Cooler
Harsh Gadley exept he's much cooler than cooler
*eeehh* *eeeh* *no?* *ok*
/(;--;)\
I thought of Summoned Skull from Yu-Gi-Oh. lol
Oh my. Watched that years ago! Still got the chills...
