There is a hole at my local course that curves to the right around trees. About 250 feet. The most common shot is a forehand to get the disc to go right. However, a few months ago I started using a skeeter with a high anhyzer throwing backhand. It flies up, then starts a deep turn, and then evens out for a long glide to the right. I never birdied the hole before. With the skeeter I am birdying the hole about 40% of the time now. I also use Roc3, Mako3, and a beat in avenger. None of them consistently gets as close as the skeeter. The other discs fade too fast and don't have reliability in stronger winds. The skeeter gets close to the basket in all winds types, from light wind to strong wind. So the skeeter is an amazing disc for those consistent long gliding turns to the right. It is doing better than the forehand throwers.
Skeeter is a sharpshooting disc. I bag a nicely seasoned GStar and have used it every round over the past 10 years probably. Excellent disc for newer players also. Just got a Midnight Prowl 2, may retire the old Skeeter.
Just ordered a skeeter. I'm hoping I won't mind the domed shape. Trying it out in place of my wombat, which I loved for controlled straight approach shots and hyzer flips.

Innova has Champion Skeeters in the pro shop right now. As a fellow Gulf Coast Skeeter fan, I thought you should know.
I got a 193’ ace with one yesterday, so I think they’re pretty good.
I LOOOOOOOOVE the Skeeter!
@@discgolflists, I do too - I don’t understand why it gets hated on. It’s one of the smoothest fliers I have.
@@discgolflists, it’s a surprisingly good putter, too.
@@AaronSmith2235 Most people don’t want stuff that’s too flippy, always wanting the most overstable stuff.

Better than Paul Mcbeth, hands down.

1:43 Watch out for the Grublets. They're eyeing your stuff.
