One detail I like is that even though Superman is fast enough to keep up with flash, his movements are still a tad slower, because while Superman is very fast, Flash is faster and thus could still dodge the punches

An absolutely brilliant scene. I love the look on the Flash's face, how his eyes virtually pop out of his head as Superman's eyes track him, and he realises he's in danger.
I also love what he does with his voice when he growls at Batman. Those simple lines after Batman says that the world needs him, and Super man positively growls, 'But it doesn't need you.... Tell me.... do you bleed'. That sends chills down the spine.
I also love how, when Lois shows up, he just casually chucks Batman away and all you hear is the flapping of his cape.

The amount of energy required to accelerate Flash's mass outside of a vacuum would probably be like a nuclear explosion going off every time he deposited that energy into an object by hitting it. I'm surprised he doesn't set the atmosphere on fire when he runs, but I guess you can't get too realistic with it.

Superman just slapped flash without even touching him
I like this fight between Superman and Flash because it still shows Superman being visibly slower than Flash. It's always annoyed me that Superman has a million powers and is still depicted as being nearly Flash's equal in speed. Like, just let him have his one thing. But here, Barry has no trouble dodging Superman's comparatively slow punches - he just doesn't know how to hit back. It's mostly the fact that he's forced to fight at all at this speed that makes him lose his advantage.
I assumed it was because he is not impervious like superman. So let's say, Flash is fast but if he hits his hand at that speed on any object, he would obliterate his hand.

I like this scene. But it also proves why a Justice League is pointless. When you got a guy who's stronger than them all combined.
They failed to develop a good Batman. Batman is the type of guy to have contingency plans for his contingency plans. He is supposed to be the strategic mastermind. That somehow even though he has no powers, he's ready to take all the other supers down if he has to.
But many parts of the movie makes Batman look foolish, and not respected by his fellow leaguers at all. Everything seems poorly coordinated, and this is not what Batman does.
The League needs Batman as their benefactor, and leader who organizes things from the background. Superman acts as the public leader, and Wonder Woman as the diplomat. Yet the DCEU completely fails to establish these traits that make the Justice League function, and also fails to establish why it is more than just a temporary team.
This movie made it look like that.
In the comics Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Shazam, etc. Are all capable of beating Superman.

The CGI on cyborg is so terrible. This scene and it's special affects all look like I'm watching a tv show rather than a big budget super hero movie. And Gal's "Kal-el, no!" sounded so so bad. It sounded like she was reading it straight from the script without emotions.

The Flash was such a wonderful part of this movie. Regardless, evil Superman is just kind of fun. I loved it every time Clark was affected by Red Kryptonite in Smallville. This version is a hell of a lot scarier though. The damage he could inflict.
