He is an incorruptible character who is not dependent on Lois Lane to keep that character, he would not turn evil ever, that is the fictional superhero named Superman.
I loved every second of this moment. The scout ship knew about Darkseid and what would happen if Superman were to be brought back using the Mother Box. This suggests that the Kryptonians knew about Darkseid and Apokalipse, and integrated it into the ship's memory. Now, I have an even crazier idea, and knowing the way Zack Snyder's mind, I'm not entirely sure I'm off in my thinking. I think that the scout ship is from the Nightmare timeline. Yes, Jor-El said the ship was one of thousands that was sent out during the days of Krypton's expansion into the outskirts of space, but there are two things that have never been answered: 1) how did the ship stay hidden under ice and rock for twenty thousand years without anyone finding it. There's no way that a ship that size wouldn't have been noticed by someone. 2) Why was there an empty open pod in the ship when Clark walked through it and who was in that pod? It's why I'm thinking that that ship was originally from the Nightmare timeline, and someone or something brought it to the present timeline to Krypton, and it was then sent out to Earth. Now, I know that this is likely the craziest idea anyone has ever heard, but there is something about this ship that seems way too coincidental for it to warn Victor about Darkseid and the future of the Justice League being destroyed and Earth falling under Darkseid's control.
1. If the ship was sent thousands of years before in Earth's history in a cold desolate location, Im not really sure how humanity would stumble upon it even by accident.
No. That was a kryptonian fighter who fought the Darkseid war. Zack has teased it. I remember fans finding a concept art of that in an interview with the costume designer and going nuts about it. Zack did give a nod to it... And was further to be told in Jl3 or so
Fun Fact: The moment when Flash awakens the box to revive Superman takes place at 2:38:40 in the Snyder Cut, and in BvS: Ultimate Edition that is the exact same second when Superman sacrifices himself to stop Doomsday

The image of a distraught and teary Superman holding the charred remains of Lois Lane with Darkseid silently standing behind him as he places a "comforting" hand on his shoulder as his way of saying "you know what you have to do" is one of the most chilling moments in the entire movie.

For me the icing on the cake was when the ship was literally begging them not to wake the mother box. It seriously gave me butterflies even though I knew what was gonna happen.
There's little subtlety in the way Batfleck says, "We know that already, continue," and, "No it isn't, keep going." In those two sentences, there was no pause between any of his words. He was so sure about the decision to resurrect Clark. While he could have delivered these sentences in a different way, maybe perhaps enunciate them differently, he chose to subtly and confidently let the JL know he was adamant and that there was no changing his mind. This scene was so crucial to the story, that the fact that it was mutilated by Joss Wedon on behalf of the studio was a travesty. In one stroke it explains what is at stake with regard to Darkseid's invasion, the fact that the Flash can reverse time, and ties into Bruce's vision about the dark future in Batman v Superman. Further it explains why Cyborgs automatic defenses attacked superman (he had just seen a dark Superman helping to destroy the world) as well as why Louis Lane was able to get the monument in time to talk down the newly ressurected Superman, instead of the rather lame, "Alfred brought her in the car because she is the key".

That is supergirl I think
