I’ve had my for four years. No problems at all.
My dad has an original, authentic, and numbers matching 1969 z/28 Camaro and a 1969 ss Camaro he's converting to RS and power brakes and steering. I love that Red and Black stripes

I love those! I have an 07 2500HD just did a 3" lift and 20x12s with 35" tires. Finally starting to love the truck again. Just replaced the drivers seat bottom cushion which made a world of difference. Next I'm going to have Eric street tune it for me. Would love to add a blower but it's just a old pick up truck! LOL

Seen a big ol big ol boy climb into a lifted ram which had those steps on it. Steps would bow when he mounted them. Im 300lbs and he had me sayin DAM SON!
I finally got one of my dream cars its a 1990 IROC-Z Camaro and the guy I bought it from put a 6.2 in it with a small single turbo and it makes about 550 to the wheel it's a sweet car and super sound mechanically I can't wait for my local drag strip to open up again to go get some hits in

I would have thought you would have also done headers and a csp tune for the truck.
CSP already dyno tuned it a few years ago

My 2016 F150 came with basically the same steps. I'm 6'4" and the truck is stock height, so unnecessary for me, but my wife is 5' and she digs them. It gives the look of having nothing there, yet is courteous to your passengers. I'd recommend.

So apparently there is a sensor that tells my car the door is open....I believe thats called a switch
Just lifted mine 9” and took my OEM steps off for a better appearance but don’t wanna pay so much for the AMP steps 😅

Nick, What about the morimoto xb led headlights? You would love them. I don't have any because I own a 2018 Chevy Malibu still waiting for morimoto to make their xb headlights and taillights for my car. They also make their XB led headlights and taillights for your twin turbo zl1 you will love those too. Check em out.

Put the AMP steps on my truck about a year and a half ago. Love em! Haven't had any problems with em and they're way better than the OEM stationary steps. BTW, welcome back!! Been too long!

I would rather tap into fuse box can’t do plug in play because I have the disablew tuned trinity t2 but nice steps 😎👍

I think it looks great. Seen you drive the the freedom rocket 2 year ago around harrisburg. When you going to be ready to redo that old 3 tab roof I'd give you a great deal.
Those steps are cool until they stop working. Then you’re driving around with one up and one down. I was dumb enough to buy 2 sets. Failed just after a year. Never again.

The only worry I see is that motor is kind of exposed wonder if there's some kind of paint or like rhino lining or stuff like that you can put over to keep it from getting beat up

Extra length in bed. Not sure on exact measurements but 6.5 vs 5.9
Cause you'll never say "I wish the kids had more leg room" but you WILL say "I wish I had a bigger bed"
I think the Extended cabs just look better, more sporty looking, plus in that body style they were American made (Ft.Wayne)
