Same thing happened to me. Take the plastic cover off the top of the engine, crack a nut on one of the injectors, then get someone to try starting the car. This will help remove the air in the system. Cracking the nut will be no more that 1/2 or 1 full turn anti-clockwise. Once the car starts be ready to tighten the injector nut back up.
