    Using the bands without the handles is a game changer. Now I can increase resistance without killing my shoulders. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

    Another modification that helps me is to go with a band on each leg, wrapping each one around a foot. I found this way is less stress on my shoulders, and I seem to get a little more natural range of motion in the movement.

      If you are sore I recommend walking because it will use the lactic acid that causes the soreness and it will fall better

    Finally I got right trick to do Squat, I was not sticking out glutes backwards so, couldn't reach the range and was painful

    Be careful, my strongest band slipped from under my feet and smacked me across the ass.
    The good news is I'm positive I'll never enjoy being a sub.

      @@tapdawgx123 look into getting a board. It will hold the bands. I haven't gotten one, but I know a guy that knows a guy that makes custom boards that won't shred the bands. I'm Paul Brown on Facebook, my picture is an ice crystal.

    Never want to have your knees extend (track) past your toes. This damages your ACL (front knee ligament). ACSM 2009, 2012

      That’s been proven false so long as there is proper ankle and hip mobility.. when either joint is lacking it can shift the center of gravity and if that is the case squatting is not the best exercise until proper mobility is gained.

    I seem to hit the limit of the bands when I do squats and get to the top....how do I avoid hitting the band limit?

    I have been using Bodylastics for about 5 years now and love them my only complaint is that I wish you made your bands 5 feet long so that the standing shoulder press could be done while standing with both feet on the bands. Although I am only 5'5" the bands feel uncomfortable doing squats the traditional way and that's the only way I like doing them.

    When I do it I’m worried the bands will snap. I’m 6ft. Lots of tension in them

      @@game1414 I worry about that too. I see reviews about them breaking and it gets me paranoid. I ended up buying the big rubber-band style of bands which seem more secure.
