I was unscrewing all kinds of gears and bolts, twisting here and there, thinking: I'm probably an idiot and the solution is supersimple. It was haha! Thank you so much for this, man! A true lifesaver
Thanks for taking the time to show this. Just done mine. Never knew about this. Already took car to garage to check those drainage holes you mentioned and they were clear, wasn't charged. Some days I was removing half a bucket of water with a sponge. Hope this is the problem fixed.
Exactly the problem mine had, a load of sludge built up under the flap on the end of the pipe. 2 minutes and problem solved. Just gotta wait and see if my car dries out now. Thanks! 😁
Had all four footwells puddled up, I moved this tube and a load of water came out, in and cleared it. Now its a rainy day so won't get a chance to air it. Car stinks 😂! But will lay something down to soak up all the moisture. Thanks for the upland!
Bertie Kemp I’m in the same boat excuse the pun! both rear foot wells ankle deep with water! Pulled all the sodden carpet and insulation out of the rear to dry now checking all the drains! No more bad smell!
much of the damp is often from condensation esp.off the sunroof glass dripping down and parking over damp areas of grass/ground etc.i found and not the usual tips for leeks.but I also like this video.
Hello. I also have a Renault clio 2 and water enters me shortly after I hit a hole with water fixed in the back down to my feet. Where could it come in? Please help me

Put cat litter into a sock and put it in the footwell! That will dry out the car. 🐱
