That looks like a very cool attachment. The delivery driver was very happy with you doing the unloading for him. The grinder came very well boxed and I am looking forward to seeing it in action
You're going to love having a stump grinder. I bought the Baumalight in 2020 and wish I could have paid less for it but even at the higher price I still consider it one of the best investments I've made for my tractor. 3 weeks ago I took down 2 Mulberry trees, a Poplar and a Red Oak. I cleaned up the limbs and the trunks and then ground up all 4 stumps. Total project time less than 4 hours. My neighbor commented how awesome everything looked when I was done. Just go easy at first until you get use to how it torques your tractor when grinding. Have fun!
Looks like a quality implement I mean attachment ? Anyway great deal ! Great Video Chris and glad to see you did not loose the video files Ouch ! Too soon ? Thanks for sharing and will be looking forward to seeing it in action 👍 Keep on Grinding!
Thanks Jon. For the record, just this morning Ann saw me watching your latest video and she asked "Now where is he again?" Between Ed and you and GP and some others, she thinks we should take a "UA-cam Road Trip"! And hey, if I can borrow the talents of that excellent camerawoman you have there, I just may have to come up and grind some stumps! Tractor on, Jon! 👍😎
also i watched a ton of videos prior to buying it. tighten your lower link arm turnbuckles to where there is no left or right play in it. and if youre looking at the grinder from the back towards the front, use the 6 to 9 oclock position on the flywheel to do the cutting and start grinding the right side of the stump otherwise it tends to jump around.
I have the same grinder if you have less than 40hp you will want to remove that quick hitch and get it close to the tractor as possible i found it out the hard way it broke my turn buckle
Hey congrats Chris! I am sure you will find plenty of use for it and lots of new neighbours to help out. :)) Looking forward to the first run. Love the jacket too! LOL! Have a great week!
Thanks Gord. I LOVE that jacket...can't thank you enough for the recommendation! Will be thinking about you guys this Holiday season. 👍❤️ Cheers, my friend.
Hi Chris! I'm really interested in getting one as well. I have lots of tree stumps here that could use a grind. Nice Instal vid and looking forward to seeing it in action.
Nice video Chris and congratulations on your purchase. I went the cheap way and did a stump bucket instead and already regret it. I do no even have my stump bucket video produced yet and I wish I went with grinder instead. Subbed, liked and watched complete. -Tod
Thanks for watching and the kind words Tod. I had change of heart with my first box blade, but was able to cancel one order and place another (And then another!) Same with my rear blade...ordered the LP RB1572, but ended up selling and procuring an RB1672 to accommodate hydraulics. (There's videos on all that.) We live and we learn. The good thing is there's a big pool of potential buyers out there if you choose to flip one thing for another! Best of luck...👍
I don't think Woodland Mills gives a recommendation. I expect it's up to how patient you're willing to be, as size = time. I'm thinking 24" will be about as much as will typically tackle. This based on my current level of zero experience! 😉😆👍
I don't know...I probably didn't annunciate something clearly. 😉 The thing really is built like a tank, so I think it will hold up fine. Sorry for the confusion. 👍😎

Thanks Joseph, I'm looking forward to putting it to use soon, although sadly, London weather here today. 🙁🌧
Happy Christmas to you and your family.

Thanks for the great feedback! I'm really looking forward to putting it into use. Sadly, skunked today by rain 🌧 😒. Soon though, soon! 👍😎
Great video Chris 😁I like it that will work way better than the stump bucket. I can’t wait to see it chew on that stump. Thanks for the video 😁👍🚜💨🍳
Thanks for watching Mitch! I guess it's my "Virginia Snowblower" 😉😆👍

Very interesting video Chris.
It sure would be nice to have one of those. Only one thing stopping me … well two really 🤣🤣🤣

Thanks Dana...all the best to you and yours this Christmas 🎄 🎅🎁⭐️👍
Great video Chris! I’ve got a few stumps you can come grind anytime!
Keep on tractoring!

Great video Chris. It helped me confirm that I assembled mine correctly 🤣
Thanks Ed. I expect I'll see a proper video on the WG24 very soon! 😉👍
HO HO HO Merry Christmas Chris, it's a major addition 👍🏻, congrats. I'm sure some neighbours will hire you 👍🏻
Thanks Luc, I can't wait to USE it!
Sadly, rain here in Virginia today... 😒😉🇺🇲🇨🇦🍻
got mine last month its awesome!! and the crate it comes in makes an excellent table with a piece of plywood! happy grinding!

I was thinking the same about the "table". 👍😉
Yeah, we probably watched the same video! Looking forward to chewing up some wood!
Good morning Chris.
You made the Fed Ex guy happy 😁
Not as happy as he made me! 😉👍
@@watershedoverlook you have a good point there Chris 🤣

Good to know. Do you mean the turnbuckles that adjust the three point arms?
That's an awesome purchase Chris, love the one I've got. Cheers bud!
Thanks Mark, can't wait for a decent daylight/weather window so I can put it to work!

Bonjour GP 😇😇👍👍🌞🌞🍻🍻

Whoa! That thing is a beast! MANY hours of fun to be had with that.
Congratulations!
Cheers, Mike
Thanks Mike...can't wait to put it to work!

Thanks Ross. I'm excited too. Unfortunately, today I woke up to rain! Suppose I'll need to be patient a bit longer still. 🫤😉

Is there a maximum stump size they recommend that you don’t go beyond with those Chris.

Clearly I’m not the brightest. I can’t get this PTO to extend lol. The measurements are good so I don’t have to cut it but how do I extend it
@@timothykidd7193 I'm guessing it's just a little seized up from storage. I imagine some brute force should solve the issue...👍😎
Why would it not last very long?
Apologies, but I'm not sure what you're asking? Why would what not last very long? I'm planning on the grinder lasting a VERY long time! 👍
@@watershedoverlook Didn’t you say in your video it wouldn’t last very long? Perhaps I didn’t hear you correctly.
